I just came out of your Baldwin Crenshaw(1st floor by Sears) location and was verify dissatisfied with the service. It is 8:45 and I walked in for a plain pretzel and the cashier advised that they didn’t have any plain pretzels. I was informed the store closes at 9 but they throw their dough away at 8. I am very unpleased that I was declined the item that i wanted as a paying customer because they throw their dough away an hour before closing time which is beyond me. I am very upset and I will spread the word that this location has horrible service with lazy workers that do not want to stop their cleaning to take 5 minutes to make a pretzel.

This is the slowest place I’ve been to. The employees don’t make good use of time & you have to wait 11 – 12 minutes for everything. There’s no large group of customers so why isn’t there anything pre made? The Icee machine is out of order and the lemonade is overpriced. After waiting 14 minutes for a pizza pretzel that was overcooked, I envied my daughter who chose to go upstairs to Wetzel Pretzel & came back with delicious hot pretzels & Icee. This place needs work. I won’t patronize again.

I was at the mall and saw they had a $ 1 pretzel day. The guy was very friendly. I asked him to put more salt because I only saw like 4 dots. He took it and saw it was burnt so he tossed it and gave me a new one. Dipped it in butter and added salt. Boy was that good. So fresh and warm. I’d definitely go back. Hopefully he’s there when I go. I wish I got his name for you guys.
