Slowest service ever! We were told it would be 10 minutes for a pepporoni pretzel. No problem waiting for a pretzel. We stood there while she forgot about us. Finally I had to stand in line and ask about it. By then the pretzels were finished and had been sitting there for 10 minutes… this place needs to hire people with the ability to remember things for at least 10 minutes!

Don’t Buy here! ZEROSTARS! Waste of Money $! And Terrible costumer service! Where do I even begin. Auntie Anne’s itself has a great product. But it seems to never come at that way here in Hollywood. I stop by the Hollywood and Highland shopping center occasionally to pick up a few things. And I’m usually in a rush on my lunch hour or am on my way home after work and so I’ve regrettably stopped by this place(Auntie Anne’s) one too many to times. And I can say I’ve officially learned my lesson. I AMNEVERCOMINGBACKHEREAGAIN!!! When I walked inside to see what pretzels they had ready I was waiting for a moment for an older Asian woman cleaning in the back to come take my order. I called out, Hello. And she said, «okay wait for a while.» When she did finally come I asked her how fresh the almond pretzel was and she told me if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for another one. So I did. And told her I’d would be right back and If I could have it in a bag. When I came back the women was texting on her phone and looked like she forgot my order and told me it wasn’t ready yet. So I sat outside and she called out my order 4 minutes later and handed me a bag and a dirty look when I asked her for extra napkins. I didn’t understand I waited for double the time and she had an issue giving Extra napkins. I mistakingly left the complex without checking my order first. But when I opened my bag my pretzel was completely burned. How do you give a paying customer something so terrible. Nothing but terrible attitude for customer service from its employee and charred pretzels. Not to mention this place is way overpriced.

I was in the shopping area and passed by this establishment and realized a pretzel with cheese sounded amazing so I went in with my cousin. I ordered said pretzel and cheese with a young male cashier and sat at a little table right outside. I was talking with my cousin before I dug into the pretzel and while that was happening, the young male cashier left, I’m assuming for break, and an older Asian female took his place. That’s when I took the pretzel out of the wrapper and witnessed this mediocre pretzel, and I’m not even picky. I’m not usually one to complain, I have never asked to take things back but even my cousin told me I should return it. It’s kind of insulting that the employee would even consider it an acceptable product to sell, when pretzels are their specialty. So I decided to ask to exchange it and when I told the female Asian cashier she gave me the biggest stank face and then proceeded to hand me another pretzel. When I politely told her that it was a salted pretzel(she was giving me a plain one) she gave me another super stank face and then resentfully turned around to salt it and handed it to me. During our whole interaction she said not a single word to me. I said thanks and then left. I get it, it’s a minimum wage job and you don’t want to be there, customers can be rude, I’ve been in your position, but this interaction didn’t have to be unpleasant when I was nothing but polite. The picture of the pretzel doesn’t even look as small as it did in person. I was sharing with two other people so I expected a regular decent sized product, nothing more. Well maybe also decent customer service and no stank faces.

4 because my lunch is only 30 minutes and they told me that what I wanted was going to take 10 minutes and it took them 20 minutes so that’s why I am giving them 4 stars and not five

Terrible service! This is not the first time I have had someone be super rude to me at this location. This one particular lady is rude and just terrible! The food is cold and hard by the time I get it! I will never go back to this place no matter how close to the theater it is.

Quick and efficient service given in this small shop tucked in Hollywood. We arrived looking for a quick snack as we trailed down the walk of fame. The salted pretzel bites were warm and yummy. We added the caramel sauce for that extra sweetness. Only reason why it’s 4 stars is that I ended up paying $ 5.60 for a cup of pretzel bites with dipping sauce. Seriously? So expensive in a country where food is normally cheap and in big portions. That’s really my only complaint!

What can I say except not only better than Wetzel’s but the nicest employees who give out coupons and 20% off if you work in the area!!!

Came here for a quick snack(and parking validation). The little pretzel bites we ordered were not ready, but would be in 5 min. — which is small potatoes considering how good freshly baked pretzels are. The service was exceptional, as the guy behind the counter kept apologizing for the wait. I would highly recommend, but I’m sure you already know how awesome Auntie Anne’s is!

The best pretzels ever! Friendly staff, always delicious pretzels and they don’t overdo it on the salt. Love eating a salted pretzel that doesn’t leave me needing to chug a gallon of water afterwards.

First time ordering at Auntie Annes in Hollywood. I was greeted and a great smile from the employee named Carlin was so ecstatic to help my girlfriend and I. I immediately thought she had great customer service and she made it memorable, laughing with us and telling us great opinions and some pretzels they serve. I enjoyed coming here with my girlfriend, we felt acknowledged and it was a great experience. 5 stars for the pretzels and for the amazingly friendly employee named Carlin.

this is my favorite pretzel place, however this particular branch doesn’t have Glazin Raisin. LAME! they lose a star for that.

A good pretzel place to stop at for a snack while walking around all of the tourist spots. The pretzels are good and the staff has always been friendly. My favorites are the original and cinnamon and sugar. I recommend this if you’re in the area and need a quick snack.

Yummy snacking mall food. Cinnamon pretzel bites are nommy. One cup will satisfy you and a friend and cover your fingers in sugary goodness. Pairing it with cream cheese is a good idea, but their cream cheese is like 3 degrees from being frozen. So skip that. For a little spot, they have lots of pretzels. I WANTTOTRYTHEMALL.

No complaints here. If you want some typical authentic German pretzel this obviously isn’t your place(duh!) but if you are looking for some good«mall food» you came to the right place. I love the cinnamon sugar pretzel, or the salted or unsalted with spicy cheese. Delicious! They have discount for mall employees, and a stamp card(so you can get a pretzel free after 5 or 6 pretzels.) I think I’ve gotten a half dozen free pretzels. Staff is friendly. They validated with purchase. Good place.

Wetzels Pretzels has some competition! The toasted almond encrusted pretzel that I got last night was just fantastic. It was just the right combination of sweet and salty plus the softness of the pretzel just added to it’s awesomeness! I am not even sure if awesomeness is a word but it is now. They have quite a few different pretzels… sour cream and onion, sesame, cinnamon sugar, garlic, glazin raisin, and others. They also have a wide range of dipping sauces such as cheese, caramel, hot salsa, and a few others. If pretzel dogs are your thing… they have em! My pretzel was great, the waitstaff was friendly, and the prices were spot on. GOODTIMES!
