Atlas Swimming Pool

Jerry Dobkin of Atlas Swimming Pool Company is professional, affordable and all around a pleasure to work with. I love my pool and will definitely refer him much more business. I highly reccomend!

Just had my pool remodeled by Atlas Swimming Pool. Before that I had Fibre Glass in the pool and it had a tear in after 10 years and started to fall apart. I would never recommend fibre glass anymore. Atlas did not do the fibre glass. Jerry was absolutely great to work with. This was my best experience I ever had with a contractor. Everything happened as it was explained and Jerry was very patient with me picking out accent tiles. Also no problem to have made a customized QuartzScape color. I can only highly recommend Atlas to do any pool building or remodeling.

I had my pool installed by Jerry Dobbins at Atlas Pools about 8 years ago. When it needed a new heater, I gave him a call. I also got an estimate from Olymipic Swimming Pool and Spa who does my weekly service. Although the estimate from Atlas what’s higher, I trusted Jerry.
That was a big mistake. He hired some othe contractor to do the work, sent over the wrong pool ight for replacement, charged me a 25% contractors referral fee and $ 200 for the service call for the light. I will not ever use Atlas again and would never recommend them. They only provided an explanation for the charges when I demanded it.

I totally lucked out stumbling across Atlas Swimming Pool Co. I found a photo of a unique-​looking pool and decided it was exactly what I wanted. I was in the process of removing my old decrepit kidney-​shaped diving pool. In order to rebuild anything where a pool once was, you have to remove it entirely. I was able to get a contract and permits fairly quickly, and Jerry Dobkin of Atlas got the project going. I also had them do all the hardscape, such as new flagstone decking and they also built a gorgeous BBQ center. They also installed a new drainage system. I will also have them build a retaining wall and a waterfall/​pond once I get the permit. All the crews have worked with Atlas for a long time and are highly skilled. Jerry has been building pools since about 1965, so he really knows what he’s doing. He and his crews have been a pleasure to work with. He’s very responsive and also has great ideas/​solutions.
