Okay, I did give them 3 stars ONLY because I still come here despite all the times I’ve left here pissed off because of shitty service. If you are a typical Middle Eastern Valley girl with high expectations and expect this place to be a Burke Williams, you’re DEADWRONG! The service is not so good because of a number of reasons: 1. Good luck trying to communicate with these people. Their vocabulary does not exceed 5 words(hello, lady, too hard, too soft, okay, thank you, extra $ 10). I lied, that’s 7 words. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve called this place, told them I’ll be there in 15 mins, given them my name, and once I arrive, they tell me no one is available to massage me. They DEFINITELYDONOTTAKEAPPOINTMENTS! What I hate about this place the most is… well, there are quite a few things, actually. Here, I’ll list them(in no particular order): 1. While you’re getting massaged, they’ll answer the phone and start yapping away without giving a damn about massage etiquette. 2. The creepy man that’s there(the manager, I guess) will start yelling at the massage therapists in front of clients and he’ll really upset them(to the point where they look like they’re about to cry) right before your massage and it’s just uncomfortable throughout the entirety of your massage. 3. They give out a stamp card which states your 11th massage is FREE. Okay, I’ve been coming to this place for years out of convenience and never, I REPEAT, NEVER, has the 11th massage been free. They always make up some bullshit about«oh, lady, your card is expired… see here?» And I’m looking at where they are pointing on my card and it’s written in Cantonese that it is apparently expired. They told me it has to be stamped within 1 year… okay, next time comes around where my 11th massage should be free and they tell me the rent has gone up in the building and they no longer offer a free hour, but a free 30 minute massage. 4. I swear, every time I’m undressing, the male manager ALWAYS walks by my room and tries to peek in. Gross. 5. Let’s face it, the Chinese DON’T GIVEDAMN about customer service! Now, on a positive note: they do a good job giving deep tissue massages. I would recommend to not go too late in the day because you’ll end up getting some tired massage therapist that will only rub lotion all over you. If you are too high maintenance, you should take your business elsewhere. For $ 35 a massage, you get what you pay for!

I wish I knew that this great business was just sitting here on Unilocal with 1 bad review. I would have posted a long time ago. THUMBSWAYUP This is a legit massage business. The massage therapist’s there seem to really take pride in their craft. Their sequences are very intelligent and they are strong enough for deep tissue. It is not a creepy business. The price is absolutely over generous. 35 $ for a massage is well below what I have paid for poor massages. This is a place well worth taking advantage of and TRUSTING. Of the 10 massages I have had there, I have not ran into any of the problems that the other Unilocaler wrote about. The service is very focused, quiet, and committed. They are very asian, but the male owner is there to answer any questions. I received a free massage when I filled up my punch card. Suggestions: I would like to see more variety and improvisation to the massages. There should be a better system in place when communicating about what areas of the body to focus on or to avoid. But for the price and the quality, this place should be packed all the time! Parking is usually easy too. GOGET ‘EM, Asian Relax. I am definately a big fan! I recommend Kathy. Thanks

Wasted my $ 45! Bad Service! Not going back! I came here on Easter Sunday. The service I had was the 1 hr massage for $ 35. I called to ask if appt is needed & told me no so I came and they started on me right away which is around 2:15 in the afternoon. The masseuse keeps leaving the room then come back. At around 2:30 a couple came so again my masseuse went out of the room to assist. The couple said they have an appointment at 2:45pm and the masseuse replied in English but with Chinese accent«No, no, later later, after half an hour». From the tone of the couples voice, I could tell that they’re disapointed but patiently waited. The lady masseuse came back to my room but then she was hurrying up and kept looking at the time then by 3pm she said«It’s done». The service wasn’t even an hour but I didn’t argue since I don’t want to ruin my day. So it’s time to pay, I gave her my credt card and told her to please charge $ 40($ 35 for the massage & $ 5 for the tip) but she replied«No, No… Not $ 5, you give me $ 10 for tip because it is a 1 hr massage. So AGAIN siince I don’t want to ruin my day and don’t want to argue I said«okay, then $ 10»! She went to the room where I guess they have the credit card machine. After 5 minutes she called, «Lady come here» so I went inside & asked her why and she said(while pointing at the machine) «Help me, mchine don’t know how to use». I was telling myself, «What??? I’ve NEVER used this machine either, it’ unbelievable that I didn’t get my full 1 hr service, she demanded to give her $ 10 tip & ask fo my help to use the machine!!!». She almost forgot to give a copy of my receipt which reminded her, I left the building right away & told myself I am NEVER coming back!!! By the way, the masseuse name is Sophia. She could not speak English really well & very hard to understand.
