If they were to franchise in LA, i would invest. I’ve only been able to have them once when they’ve come to town, but it ruined me for standard hot dogs. Their flavors are spot on. The balance on their fusion is perfect. Doesn’t overwhelm or lose the taste of the dog. Can’t wait til they come back.

Asiadog gets it right. I’ve been lucky enough to have them on three different occasions and the quality of the ingredients is consistent and delicious. I’ve had the Mash, the Mel & Steve and the Vinh and they’re all bomb ass! Their homemade kimchi and Asian slaw… you’ve gotta taste for yourself! Even with me going for the veggie version of each. Even vegetarians like to get their dog on.

Straight outta Brooklyn! Asian Fusion hot dogs– i’ve heard of this before(Japa Dogs, and my beloved Dogzilla). Came across this at the Scion Event and was happy to see that they were giving out quite a selection! You have a choice of beef or chicken or veggie dogs. Dude got the Mel and Steve, which has sesame slaw on top. I got the Sidney which was Thai Style(relish with mango + cucumber + red onion +cilantro + crushed peanuts + fish sauce). Mango AND cilantro= not my fave things, but surprisingly it was yummy!!! I saw also they had a bahn mi style dog, kimchi dogs, curry with apple kimchi dogs and a spicy one with potato chips on it! According to their website, they don’t have a truck yet in LA, but they did do a pop up at Bigfood Lodge West in Venice this past week. Sign up online to find out about more LA events!
