Concord employees are rude and never willing to accept responsibility regarding anything! They are not willing to make repairs to my apartment without a fight. Once they finally sent someone to fix something, he stole jewelry. They contract out everything to shady repair men.
I live in the Ashby, it originally had a different owner, now that they are under Concord things have become worse. The previous management was useless but nothing was ever stolen by someone they hired.
CURRENTLY, they are removing the flooring in the hallways and the noise is unbelievably loud. The construction noise NEVER stops. The apartment below me has been under construction for almost a year. You can expect noise, 8am to 5pm Monday — Saturday.
