They never have my dry-cleaning ready when I come by to pick it up, even when I give them an extra day on top of when they said it’d be ready. They lost a cuff button on an expensive tuxedo shirt and replaced it with a crappy off color one. They’ve asked me to go away and get cash to pay for my shirts once when their credit card machine was down, instead of putting it on credit or just taking fiscal responsibility for having a broken credit card reader. English is barely spoken here and they are closed on Sundays… they are all around horrible.

They are good at basic cleaning. They overcharged me a bit for the first few batches of clothes, but after I developed a relationship with the, it turned into automatic discounts they gave me and almost a «Lets make a deal» situation. They do fine.

This place gets one star because of their horrible customer service. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by taking my money and dry cleaning my shirt. I was charged almost 7 dollars for ONE polo shirt to be cleaned. I asked if that was the normal price and she responds by saying that if its too much money for you then you can leave. Wow! I had to pay it because I was planning on wearing the shirt that night. To make the situation even worse, when we returned to pick up the shirt she didn’t want to take my debit card and said that next time bring cash but took the card anyways. She is either robbing the owner blind or not claiming some income to the IRS. The woman who had the terrible attitude was a middle aged latina with a short cropped haircut. This place is garbage never going back again!
