This club murdered nearly 30 cats that have lived in the neighborhood for years. They didn’t try to discourage the cats from coming onto their property but instead killed all of them including 5 kittens!

Wasn’t bad. Liked the outdoor set up– inside décor was cool. I got there and bought a drink, something went wrong with the computers so they compd it «cool beans.» I went to see DJ Lowdown Loretta Brown aka Erykah Badu spin on the one and twos and it was hella fresh! I was perched on the side of the stage and nobody bothered me. I rolled on a last minute midnight marauder solo tip to just vibe and I had zero issues! And the silly bartender thought I was part of their camp so I got 2 more free drinks Xtra plus. Then, at the end I took a exit out the back, & Miss Badu was chillin on the steps and I got to meet her, plus she signed my bag. All around cool night.

Shame on this place! THEYSELLINGALCOHOLWITHMIXEDWATER. Last night we order a few shots of tequila and once we drank them, we noticed that the alcohol was diluted with water right away. We brought it to the managers attention«James Arthur» and he told us «I’m sorry, I cannot give you guys a refund because you just drank these shots». Dude, what a disappointment, we were NOT looking for the refund, we just wanted to let him know that it was not fair what they’re selling at this place…

Over sold Eryka Badu, so we ended up waiting in line for 2 hours. Meanwhile, they opened up a new section and rather than letting people in who already bought tickets they set up table service and sold them for 1k a piece at the door… Poor form

Ok, i went to this club on a wednesday. and i was definitely not expecting what i saw o. O First off, this club is kinda hidden, I went around the block twice like an idiot cause i thought it would have a sign or something -, — its on the main street but its facing away from the street if that makes sense, so just look for high tiny purple windows on a huge building and pull into that parking lot, parking was free by the way and the cover was 10 bucks. When we first arrived, it was practically dead, the only person dancing was a guy go go dancer lol. As more people came in, they all looked fresh from high school XD the majority of the people(no offense) were big girls and skinny guys, both gay. I guess wednesday is when most gay people come because i was not expecting that at all… although i should have guessed so because the website did say delicious wednesday with a black guy in little pink undies XD lol. Anyways, the music was mostly songs from a few years ago with an occasional top 40 hit… bleh. mostly hip hop. The dance floor is pretty big, which is good for me since im claustrophobic at times and hate dancing sweaty shoulder to sweaty shoulder lol. On the dance floor, there are 4 little performance tables where anyone could climb on and dance their asses off, and a decent stage… which actually was used by a few drag queens to sing a few ABBA songs XD that was defintitely interesting, although they stopped the music and i wanted to keep dancing -.- anyways, the atmosphere seemed chill til in front of us, a fight breaks out! An older women with glasses versus a chola lesbian, they had to pull them apart as the chola was choking the other chick for god knows what! and then, the older women’s boyfriend(probably my dads age), got into a fight with someone because of the choking and so, they tackled him down and he wouldnt stop so they had to use a freakin taser on him! 0.0 it was right in front of me and i thought he was going to grab me while he was getting shocked… So that was scary. And a handleful of people were getting kicked out for over dosing and stumbling everywhere. OH! and some lesbian grabbed my butt while i was dancing!):o After that, we decided to leave. TOOABNORMAL for our taste.

My gf n I been here twice must admit its pretty fun, love the fact u can dance until u can’t no more, entrance is a bit pricy($ 10 per person) but there’s days we’re the entrance it’s free with a voucher they give out, that’s how we ended up at circus last Friday! Drinks aren’t that pricy love that, ppl there are so great overall a great down to earth environment!

Arena probably has one of the worst street representations out there for being grimy. However, I beg to differ. I attended the Halloween 2014 event with a group of friends. I found the ticket processing online to be modern because they used a pay pal process. The ticket check-in process to be speedy, which included a guest list verification by 1 person. She was very quick! There were at least 5 – 7 line staff members(security, doormen, event promoters) whom were all very respectful and appropriate(sometimes Doorman can be inappropriate with women at nightclubs). Upon entrance there was an even photographer who were capturing guests upon entry. It was a nice touch. I was completely happy with the nightclub layout as well. The VIP seating was off to the sides, which allowed for more dancing for the crowd. Getting a drink was quick and easy. The Halloween Party featured a live host and DJ showcasing the contestants for the Costume Contest. The DJ played lots of crowd favorites and everyone was groovin’. I highly recommend this event for Halloween 2015. #Yelp #YelpLA #YelpElite #LosAngeles #SantaMonica #Hollywood #Food #CustomerService #Tourism #Tips

The music on Friday night, October 24 was horrible. There weren’t many people that night either. I wonder why… The DJ at the time was basically playing hip-hop music no one can really dance to unless they’re absolutely inebriated and want to get jiggy with it. Mind you, I had about four shots within the hour, and I still didn’t like this place. That says something. The two stars came from the second floor of the building, and the bartenders, servers, and bussers. This nightclub has two floors. The first floor is the big dance floor, but be cautious of the wet floors when you’re on it due to the already drunk spilling drinks. On the second floor, which was much more fun than the first floor, had another dance floor with a vibe of tango/salsa dance to it. I stayed on the second floor because, well, the music was better, and I felt more comfortable. It was a decent night only because I ended up drinking another two shots before the night ended. Unfortunately, I was still coherent enough to remember my night.

I know everythinh changes. Will The Arena has changed there menu. There are less ideas to choose from. The prices have increased. The amount of food has gone down. They have a new policy of making no subistutes on there menu items. I’m very disappointed in the menu. They have taken the prime rib off the menu that I order all the time. I notice the quanity of food had gone done. They are using smaller plates. I order a dinner salad and it is about half the size as it us to be. I don’t if i wll come back for dinner.

So I’m guessing the Arena is also AKA Circus Disco? Ok… Anyhoo, this is a really cool and fun place to be. Went here on a Friday night for DJ Spinna’s Prince vs Michael show and had a great time. The venue is HUGE which is a big plus for me, I hate it when you’re cramped in like sardines in a «venue» that’s the size of a New York studio apartment. Plenty of space to move around and get your groove on. Big plus with the parking lot too being very large and affordable. In a town where it’s all about pretentiousness and who you know, it’s nice going to a venue where the people are cool and treat you like human beings. Yay!

Holy Cow! Where to start? Had a blast here on Saturday night. We were going somewhere else and that place turned out to be closed, even though we called and checked. Bizarre. Anyway, the Arena was just across the street and looked jammed so off we went. Well it turned out to be Gay Latin Night. OMG! Awesome! We aren’t gay or Latin, but the crowd was fun and lots of people/guys for me to dance with. It was $ 10 to get in. The club is really big and multi-level. there are three bars that I ordered from: one downstairs, one upstairs and one out on the patio. The upstairs outside patio was great. They even had food vendors out there. Tables, places to sit, all you could want really. Inside there is a big dance floor area and up front by the stage there are tables and chairs. They had impersonators this night and they were very entertaining. Later there were guys dancing up there in their underwear and somehow, I really don’t know how, but I ended up dancing up there too. Anyway, I got invited back for Lesbian night. Who knows maybe I’ll go. The DJ was DJ Mike. He was really doing a great job Saturday. We enjoyed the music and danced until they closed which is around 4 a.m. Met lots of really nice people and definitely would check it out again.

The club is HUGE! Upstairs and Downstairs with one of the largest dance floors in Hollywood. An Amazing After Hours Venue. I’ve been here half a dozen times and I always have a BLAST! Recently I went for Nocturnal After Hours from 3am to 10am and the music was outstanding!

You all know that scent as you exit a club. No not your B.O. When you’re so freakin’ tired, maybe still a little buzzed, and hungry as hell. There’s a large hot dog venue(not just a tiny push cart) set up in the parking lot when you exit at 2:30 in the morning. $ 4 per hot dog and all the usual condiments and toppings. Fresh salsa. Liked that the dog was not wrapped in bacon. Who was the loser that copped a feel on my ass?! Dammit. I turned around and couldn’t be sure who did it. Why don’t you acquire some game so you don’t have to be a pervert. Someone I know said«It must be nice to be appreciated.» Lol Uhhh felt more violated than appreciated. I’m sure this D-bag would cop a feel on any ass, but… thanks? I never come here, but gf wanted to check out music that was being featured. The venue was 21+ tonight so no dealing with 18 year old babies. We all love you and been there, but being 18 was a long time ago and relating to that level of immaturity is somewhat lost on me now. Don’t think I’d visit if it was 18 and over night. This old lady rather stay home or hit up a nice dinner or bar. The venue itself is nothing spectacular. Kind of a drab interior and it’s cold due to the open entry way. There are 2 levels. The first had some funky soul bands performing mixed with DJ sets between. Upstairs had a more groovy type sound, but it kept changing. Didn’t really get the layout, the distinct spaces, nor the sound. Upstairs definitely smelled heavily of weed. The crowd was mixed, but not particularly pretty or handsome in my opinion. You’d kind of expect drinks to be cheaper here, but they were pretty stiff. Here’s a tip for all you guys out there: When a girl won’t give you her number… Says she’s catching up with friends tonight… Leaves to go to the restroom and says«I’ll be back,» but proceeds to hang on the opposite side of the room… Has her back to you most of the night… She’s probably not interested in your advances. Please don’t find her later and say: «You left for the restroom 20 minutes ago and I was waiting here for you. Are you mad at me?» What?! First of all, you don’t even know me. And psycho much? On second thought, maybe a 2.5 Star rating. Only thing enjoyable was hanging with my girl. Parking: Private lot attached and down the back across the street(not far) for $ 6. Cheap for L.A. You can try to find something on the surrounding streets also.

First and last time i was here was for Richard Durand. Super cheap and THANKGOD they have a section for people 21+ upstairs. If you want a ghetto rave scene with high school kids, then u’d love this place. Best part: best bacon wrapped hotdog stands outside. Parking: street parking is free but you’re putting your car at risk. I stopped after 2 friends car got broken into

Every gal has a gay best friend, right? Well mine drags me here every chance he gets! Every time I’ve been has been a good experience, because everyone is super sweet! I love that I can come here and dance any way I want to, and I don’t have to worry about men objectifying me or thinking that just because I dance with them I’ll go home with them… I think that’s the most refreshing thing about gay clubs is that I really feel liberated to just be myself without the worry of what people think when I dance too sexy or too silly or too close, etc. The inside is pretty huge, with 2 levels, 2 patios, and a few different sound rooms. We get there early for salsa and cumbia on the main floor downstairs. After a certain time, they just play regular club music. But upstairs there is corridos and cumbia almost all night(as well as caballo dorado!). Then there’s another room upstairs with house/hip-hop. I always LOVE the drag shows! But it’s hard to get a good seat. The gogo dancers are pretty hot guys(and some of them are straight!) Even if you’re not gay, it’s still a great place. I’ve even seen straight couples hanging out there. The crowd is really sweet(and NOT heterophobic), and I always make a few new friends when I come here.

The place definitely gets a little ratchet… but you sort of know that coming here in the first place. It’s the only club I’ve gone to where I’ve been patted down before entering. Yeah, it’s like that. The music is good, though crazy loud. The crowd is definitely a little bit rougher than other gay clubs I’ve been to… but chill out people… I didn’t see anything getting too crazy or out of hand. Everyone seemed to be there to have a good time, at least last night(Saturday). The crowd wasn’t particularly young, I guess that’s a Tigerheat thing. Somehow, because it wasn’t a gorgeous venue(and not really a great looking crowd), I expected the drinks to be cheaper than they were. Isn’t that the standard formula? The prettier the décor and the patrons, the pricier the drinks? Perhaps I was mistaken, but that’s been my experience elsewhere. It was a nice time, I was with a good friend, so all in all, I was happy to be there. The wait in line was a bit excessive at 10:30pm, if I went back I’d go at 10:00pm to avoid that.
