Great food along with great prices and great service. If you are ever in DTLA or work in the area go ahead and give this place a try you will not be disappointed. I come here all the time on my lunch break. Homemade style Mexican food that taste so delicious especially with their handmade tortillas and salsa. My top favorite are the Carne Asada plate, the Huarache, and the Cemitas. The food is so fresh made right in front of you and very affordable prices. Super cheap if you ask me. The women that work here are awesome and super friendly. I haven’t tried their fresh juices or many other items on their menu but I’m sure its delicious as well. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to my fellow coworkers.

Just like the name says it’s a café style fast food place. But nothing fried. Good selection I had the turkey sandwich and hibiscus tea and my mom had a Carne asada burrito and hibiscus tea also. Total was $ 16 bucks which was good for the price but the sandwich wasn’t great or even good. It mostly just holds you over. The burrito was also gets a pass. Cash only but there is an atm machine, TV and a bathroom for customers only! Not even the subway across the block has a bathroom!

This place can be a lot of things to different people: a place to get coffee and pastry before work; a local spanish-speaking immigrant hang-out; a place to have a seat and sip on a soda after a long-day of shopping in the downtown«alleys»; or, place to get a smoothie or some ice-cream on a hot day. For me, however, this is the BEST place in the gallery row area to get a really good breakfast or lunch at a really low price! My top choices for breakfast include a Croissant Sandwich that they make with eggs, cheese and bacon,($ 3.50). If you’re a bit more hungry you can get the Breakfast Burrito,($ 4.50), which has all of the above, except they also add these delicious bits of potato. For lunch I like the Chicken Burrito,($ 4.50) – which is more like a wrap – and they also put in potato and cheese in it which gives it that yummy flavor. Plus, it comes with a small cup of some really good – and hot – red salsa. They also have very filling and good-tasting Chicken Salads,($ 4.50). The Korean owner and Latina cook speak little english, but they are the most courteous people and are always asking how you enjoyed your previous meal there. If you find yourself in this part of town, try it!
