Connie Guzman screwed us on our requested services. Three months prior to our wedding, I brought our two birth certificates to be apostilled to get married out of the country. And paid in full. For months she never returned my calls. Then two weeks before the wedding she claims everything was stuck out of state. She did not deliver on the paid service, she did not get our certificates to get married, she did not return our birth certificates and she did not REFUND our money. We were unable to get married out of country as planned. She basically ruined our wedding day.
Because of her neglect we were unable to get legally married at our wedding. In addition she never refunded our money, nor returned the original birth certificates. We spent thousands of dollars adjusting wedding costs because it was not a legal ceremony, and had to pay for new birth certificates afterwards. She owes us money. She was also completely unapologetic throughout the whole time, basically taking no responsibility for her neglect.
