Apartments 1371 Beverly Glen

We have been living here for about 7 months now and really love it. Debbie, the manager, is FANTASTIC. She is always very helpful and available. She made the move-​in process easy and has stayed consistently helpful even after we signed the lease. We plan on being here for at least a few years.

Management, management! We always had great managers at this property. Debbie, our current manager is great. If you need anything fixed it’s done ASAP. And she’s a great communicator. The building is always clean and we even have recycling bins :) the neighbors are good and respectful to each other. This is a good community to live in.

If you ever have the chance to live in an apartment community that Nicole Pearl manages you are in for a lucky treat! Our manager Nicole, at 1371 S. Beverly Glen Blvd. 90 024, has been so sweet, easy to work with and understanding while our time at this rental property. Seriously, if you are looking to have quick service, and someone who understand what it takes to run a property smoothly than you really should consider moving in ASAP! We had the large patio apartment in the back of the building and loved every minute we had there… unfortunetly our roommate moved out and we wanted to move closer to the beach and work. Happy living, and cheers to whoever gets the chance to live in one of our favorite property rentals.

Do not move in here unless you are ok with noise and living under a t mobile Tower. This building has asked the city to allow them to lease out the roof to T Mobile. This is a serious health concern.
