I love this place. This has been my go-to thai massage place the past year. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like«back rubs». I get massages because i like deep tissue, aka i love the feeling of being beaten up/bull dozed. I have a very strong, yet always tender/sore back because I am constantly working it out(which makes it sore all the time) and I am also constantly crouched down due to my profession(dental student). I always need to relieve my tension and this is where my roommate and I have been going consistently at least every 2 – 3 weeks. For $ 40 for an hour, it’s not that expensive. Granted, areas in garden grove or alhambra where there are«chinese foot massages» that could oct $ 15-$ 20 bucks an hour, this might be considered expensive, but I don’t really mind because it is close to where I live. I usually come to see Nicky or Tanya. The place itself is clean, quiet, and relaxing. Sometimes it can be crowded so make sure you get an appointment. I’ve experienced other thai places before, and i love it here! i oh and also, try to get the combination swedish/thai. good stuff.

I have had massages in Thailand and received massages from in-home therapists so I can say I know what massages are supposed to feel like yet I’m sitting here completely unsure of whether I received a good massage or not. Rating Scale: 1 – 10 Masseuse name: Pinky Type of Massage: Deep Tissue Intensity Level: 9 Overall Venue: 4 Cleanliness: 3 Comfort of Massage Table: 5 Good Smell: 7 Dim Lighting: 7 Here are seven short reasons why I didn’t like it: 1) An oil stain on the bed made me uncomfortable. 2) Masseuse left the room several times during my massage. 3) My massage ended several minutes early. 4) I experienced more pain than comfort. 5) I had to tip before I received massage. 6) She wasn’t really chatty but she was more talkative than I would have preferred. 7) I noticed a roach on the dresser as I was leaving :’(

So I finally made my way all the way up from San Diego to visit my friend who works here(disclaimer: I’m a friend of the owner). One of the girls working there took really good care of me. She did the walking on the back thing and when I could take no more switched to a more traditional Swedish style. They have a stand up shower and, sorry mongers, the place is legit. The only way it may have been a little better is to have the low low mats on the ground so they can stretch the bejeezus outta you like the Thai massage local here. It was surprisingly quiet.

Went in after dinner and a long bike-ride. The ladies were pretty nice. I asked if they’re going to be rough and then she pointed up, where I saw two rails. Now, I got that she would be stepping on me. I’ve never tried had this type of massage, but I was expecting a little bit more. Bring cash because they don’t take credit. My date suggested just getting foot massages, not the full body.

$ 35 dollars from 10AM to 2PM. $ 40 for regular Thai massage. I go here once a month and I love it. They are very friendly and the massages are great. Very reasonable pricing.
