The drinks are overpriced, and the coffee is only okay. It is located in a plaza with other shops around so it is convenient, but I wouldn’t have come here otherwise. It was completely empty when I went, and now I understand why. Don’t plan on coming back anytime.

I have been here before. Past times were great Green tea lattes were also half off Olof you get hooka! Went back few nights ago it was horrible. Drinks were not good. Their green tea lattes were not legit green tea. I think it’s under new management . Fries were soggy looking The people who worked there were nice though. I just think quality went down a lot. I use to call this my favorite spot that’s why I brought my friends to this one

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. I arrived with my 3 friends and it was 2 of our bday. We sat down outside so we could hear if our name was going to be called at the restaurant next door. We told our waitress we may have to leave for our reservation but she was too bored to listen and just went to get the cheapest hookah and then we heard our name and left after we trued to call our waitress but had to leave, so as we were at our table at the restaurant, the waitress disrupted our meal and flung our plates across the room! She shouted at us for not waiting for our hookah. She made a whole scene and then left after throwing our dishes around. She was a terrible person.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff here are some of the rudest people I have ever seen. The first time I came here the staff was extremely rude but my friends and I decided to give it a second chance while we were waiting for baekjong. The hookah is terrible as are the desserts. It took over 40 minutes to get the hookah even though the café was empty and they use the cheap self lit charcoal. The people working here act as if they are doing you a favor by serving you. The only reason why people even come into this place is from the overflow from baekjong. Save yourself the time and go across to toebang or one of the other cafes.

What is this place? I expect something better from crowded place like Chapman plaza. Tiramisu shaved ice is a joke. Please get with the program.

I absolutely loved this place! I went with my friend after a girls night out in Koreatown! Amazing ambience. One thing that I loved the most, was the fact that they have board game on the table. It makes it so fun and interactive for people who may be going on a date or are hanging out for the first time! Highly reccomended — by the way, the desserts are delicious!

Came here to meet up with friends on a Friday night. It’s a nice casual lounge spot to share a coffee, hookah, and board game. The plaza where it is located is very popular for food and nightlife so prepare to valet your car($ 3). Great meet up spot to lounge before a night on the town.

We were on a 2 hour wait time for the Quarters KBBQ across from this place, so we wanted to check this little place out. It looks very intimate, and a great place to just sit down, smoke some hookah, get a drink, and unwind. The music selection was upbeat and added on to the nightlife in the plaza, but still had that intimate, cozy feel. The hookah went on for hours, never burned, and always gave good clouds. Cute little decorations, cozy chairs, and not a busy place at all. The only thing that was confusing was a few things on the menu were not even really there, for example I wanted to order a Taro Boba. There was a clear picture of the boba drink, but when I asked the server for it, he said its just the drink itself and that they had no boba. Other than that, great place to relax, and kill time.

One of the worst café experiences of my life. It took 30 min to get our drinks. I ordered the green milk tea and my friend ordered the white chocolate mocha. Both were barely luke warm and mine tasted grainy. Sadly, i wouldn’t come back here unless I’m forced to.

It’s perfect for when you want to have conversation. Hookah, coffee, ice cream, teas and many specialty drinks. First time but service is prompt and courteous. Quality of everything has been great! The honeydew blended drink, caramel macchiato and hookah blended with mango and strawberry are all ONPOINT. This is as best as I can asertain, an underrated gem. Pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable seating Tasteful décor. Buttons to request service. My girlfriend likens this place to the coffee shop on friends lol

Cool place we walked by after dinner on our way to the car. Though it was initially just a coffee place but was surprised to learn that they also had Hookah’s here. Interesting to see a Korean and Middle Eastern infused place. Décor was really quaint and interesting. They had big plush seats with high backs inside. I assume so people can enjoy their long hookah sessions. We did not try the Hookah’s that night but we did have their green tea latte and cookies and cream shake. So yummy! The shake was pretty huge. We could not finish it between my friend and I. I liked that it was pretty quiet and chill here. Not many people that night. Nice to find places like these in Ktown. Will definitely be back again.

More of a smoking joint rather than a café. The whole place smells like a bag of weed and cigarettes. If you’re not into smelling like that, I suggest you stay away. Their coffee is mediocre and way overpriced. The only reason this place does well is because of location; they are right next to Kang Ho Dong restaurant and within Chapman plaza. People go to Kang Ho Dong first then come to this place to smoke and drink coffee. By the time they’re done, they smell like a mix of Korean BBQ, stale cigarettes, and stinky fart. Ok maybe not stinky fart, but the other two definitely.

My favorite hookah spot! So I’ve been a regular here since last year, and I’ve never been disappointed. The drinks are wonderful(not to mention they’re all $ 3 with a hookah, but more on that later) and you definitely get what you pay for. I haven’t tried much of their food, but what I have had as been BOMB. Aka ranch fries & pizookie — so so good. The staff is awesome. The service buttons definitely help with getting their attention, but considering there’s never more than 2 employees there at a time, they handle the flow of customers extremely well. The guy with the hat that’s always there is always so considerate to us and pays attention at all time, and always appreciates us being regulars which is nice! Recently they hired a new girl, I believe her name is Jojo, and the first time we had her as our server she became our favorite. She’s so so sweet, always friendly and super attentive! She’s definitely a huge pro of this place and you’ll know if she’s your server! Their hookah is, I believe, the best in Ktown. They have the lotuses now, all for $ 14.99, and all drinks are $ 3 when you get one. Ours tend to last at least an hour and a half if not two hours without a refill, and they have all of the essential flavors. All in all, I may never go to another hookah spot in Ktown again, and it’s definitely my go-to café/study spot! P.S. FREEWIFI!

Worst hookah experience EVER! Here is why you don’t want to come to this place: BAD service! There’s a guy(I think he is the manager) has the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life. Every time we ask for something, he will give us a white eye(which mean he will roll his eye ball 360 degree) and do it like we owe him hundred million dollars or something. And I swear to god, when he bring us the hookah, he has no space to put down the hookah(because the chair was too big) he told my friend«can you move.» Wao! What’s wrong with you?! My friend got really pissed and went out to smoke, then he came over and say«can you guys pay first?»…our purse and everything were on the chair, even our cell phone were on the table. I don’t know what to say, this place disgust me. NEVERCOMEHERE, It’s a sweet warning.(If you don’t want to feel humiliate by someone you don’t even know)

I could care less about hookah, but my friend’s obsessed so we ended up coming because they serve boba too. BUT, their tea is overpriced and disgusting. And I don’t like hookah. So… I won’t be back even if my friend begs me… again.

This spot is neat. In the heart of Chapman Plaza… The coffee and all that is whatevers but it’s smoker friendly, found a new spot to chill with the homies if cigars are involved =D For the most part, this is a hookah lounge. Nothing like what you expect in Anaheim or heavily middle eastern establishments which means that crowd is also void. Drinks: I got a iced hazlenut coffee. It was too sweet for me. But refreshing during for a hot day and post-bbq meal. Prices were same as other ktownie places. All in all, if the traffic/crowd isn’t too ruckus, this is a nice place to chill. The décor is bland. There’s no central theme and the color schemes were putrid. The wall of Gothic/Baroque like Crucifixes was pretty neat.

After eating at a nearby restaurant for happy hour… the boyfriend and I decided why not do a little hookah? Walking to this place we were a little confused because we were attempting to enter the place on the major street… which was… ANEPICFAIL. Walking around to the back side where all the restaurant entrances for this strip-mall are, we finally found Antique Café’s entrance. If we were Korean, most likely we would have known to go to the back. LOL! Anyway after looking over the menu we decided on white peach? And ordered some teas and juices. It was a nice relaxing day and the service was not bad, the guy seemed to not have much to do. I’m going to assume because it was a weird time to be doing hookah… around 7pm. My tea was delicious and the boyfriend seemed to be enjoying his juice. After spending a decent amount of time there, we paid and left. I have to say… it would have been nice if the server was a bit more attentive but it was cool. Once we hit the bell he would come right away. So I guess we should use those a bit more? Would I come again? Maybe… I mean I DIDHAVEFUN.

Fully admit that this review is based off a 10 min experience. I stopped here while waiting for some kbbq and needed some caffeine. I love hookah but I didn’t get to try the hookah selection. I ordered an ice coffee and sat in the plush high back chairs. I really wish I had the time to try the hookah because this place looked really cute.

I try not to give out one star reviews and despite the slightly higher tally I’ve given, I’m sorely tempted to push it down to the ignominious one star rating. Eh, you caught me in a decent mood. Service: Horribly slow and inefficient. We were waiting about 10 minutes before a girl came by and took our order. Then she proceeded to sit down at the table next to us and chat with the guy she was with for the next 20 minutes. Halfway into it, I asked her«does black coffee normally take this long?» and she responded by saying, «Oh, I just helped take the order, I don’t know how long it takes». The guy making all of the drinks was very inefficient. Like making one espresso at a time, fumbling around for tea bags, fucking shaving the ice for the patbingsoo with his fucking nails for all I could tell… A few times I also asked him, «hey, is our order coming?» and he’d just give a nonchalant«yeah, it’s on it’s way.» Mind you readers, I don’t consider myself an especially impatient person; but having worked in food service you can tell the difference between someone that’s «in the weeds»(aka swamped with work and struggling mightily to get things done) and someone who just doesn’t give a fuck… my intuition points to the latter. From sitting down to getting our coffee it took nearly half an hour. As harried about time as most Koreans are, I’m surprised that there haven’t been repeated murder-suicides up in this joint. Price: I guess it’s about the same as a regular Korean café($ 4-$ 5 for coffee, etc) but time is money and I felt like we were robbed of several hundred dollars worth of this precious commodity. Location: Probably the only good thing about this place, it’s in the same plaza as Toe Bang(greatest unintentionally humorous restaurant name) and the infamous waits at Kang Ho Dong Baek Jung. Conclusion: Don’t come here if you’re annoyed by slow, haphazard service and don’t have 20 minutes + to wait for your mediocre drinks.

I’m spoiled. I frequently go to Pasadena and Glendale to smoke hookah. They have pages of options and flavors with option of milk base and such. Antique Café’s hookah options are much more limited. Their hookah clogs up quickly so the smoke doesn’t come out right. I think it may have something to do with the type of foil they use to cover the top. The service was really good though. The girl that helped us was very friendly and willing to help. They have drinks and bakery items. I didn’t order anything because each drink is about $ 6 and we just came from dinner. I thought that was quite expensive. The hookah menu said that we needed a one drink per person minimum but the waitress was nice enough not to make us do that. The place has a great ambience. Tons of seating inside and outside on the patio. We opted to sit outside but the seats inside are sofa style and look so comfortable. It’s a great place to hang out and work on your laptop or hang out with your friends. They are located inside Chapman Plaza right next to Kang Hodong Baekjeong and downstairs from Bliss. Valet parking is $ 2.
