Love the brand, love this store. They always have good sales going on and the racks are always very well stocked. The employees range from very attentive to borderline checked out but I normally don’t need help looking for items so it doesn’t bother me.

Above and beyond customer service! Wonderful clothes! Many thanks to Meaghan & Jessie! While out exploring LA on a Saturday morning, received an urgent call: could I attend a professional luncheon in an hour? Only one acceptable answer. Had heels in my trunk, but wasn’t about to meet new contacts in sweatpants. Within 15 minutes of walking into Ann Taylor, Meaghan & Jessie sent me off feeling confident, with good luck wishes, in a great new outfit, in the right size, for a great price. They went the extra mile to help at every step, bringing clothes from the back, checking in between every customer, even snipped the tags. Thanks to their support, I made the meeting with 5 minutes to spare. Have since washed the clothes(black slacks black camisole, blue satin collared shirt), am very happy with the material, fit, stitching. Looking forward to returning soon, under less hectic circumstances. Witnessed lots of happy customers on a Saturday morning. Feel free to disregard the lousy old reviews. This location has upped their game!

I have not shopped at AT in many years. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a couple of blouses on sale. Having not been a recent customer, was a bit surprised to see how much they discount all their clothing. So 2 things: the quality is horrid. I packed one of the shirts to wear at a business meeting and when I looked down at lunch there was a huge hole in it. Second, when I went to return the shirt today, I purchased a couple of other things at 50% off and the clerk couldnt figure out how to appropriately apply a credit and an additional 20% off I had received due to a class action. He took the 20% off the original price BEFORE he applied the 50%. He looked annoyed when I called him out on it… and I almost felt like I had to apologize for being savvy at math. End result was about $ 15 difference which they ended up doing as a separate credit. I am just really concerned for the longevity of this whole franchise as it WAS a great place to buy business clothes for so many years. Quality and staff have gone WAY down. SOSORRYAT, hope you figure it out.

Do not spend money with this company! Horrible service from employees and management. Poor return policy on sale items and all items in general. With competition like Nordstroms and their terrific return policy, Ann Taylor’s doesn’t stand a chance. I see them going chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Westside Pavilion location. This is only the second time in years where I have very dissappointed with the way I was treated at an Ann Taylor. In this case, the one making me unwelcome and uncomfortable being there, was one of the managers. I was there, last Saturday afternoon. I brought a skirt to return and wanted to look for another one. The manager who was helping me was complaining loudly while she helped me about one of her employees to another employee. As she walked away from me, she said«The day I lose it I am gonna destroy the store! «. Another customer and I exchanged looks and I was wondering IF that was the day that this woman would«go postal» or if I might be spared and just be able to get the skirt I was looking for. As it turned out, we were spared, but I thought it was SO unprofessional of her to behave like that in front of the customers.
