I’m experiencing the same. Ordered it, charged my card, no shipment of products. Called customer service and email without any reply. Beware!

Placed an order with this business on March 29th, 2014. They charged my card the next day. Nothing has been received. No response to emails or telephone calls that go to voicemail. I wish someone could verify whether this is still an open business. I am afraid that this company has closed down, taking our money with them.

If I could rate 0 I would! I went on and bought something on april 6th. It is now May 12 and haven’t even gotten an update on my order. I have commented on my order twice and emailed them as well as call the number mentioned on the only email I received from them. It goes straifht to voicemail every time! This is by far thee worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life. I just want my money back and I dont even think thatll be possible! Good luck to anyone else who got jipped.
