Angie’s Party Supply

I was actually referred to this place by a friend as it’s a little out of my area but my sons baseball team was playing cross town, and I must say they won in extra innings with a score of 3 to 2 so now on to the next city! But we planned a celebration prior to knowing the result of the game so again I had a friend that said I can grab all supplies I need, balloons, hats, party supplies and even some flowers for the wife. I’m never comfortable in strange areas but the place was easy to find and parking was simple. Made my day enjoyable and that much easier! Highly suggested as service was friendly and product selection was great

HORRIBLE customer service! I placed an order of balloons to be picked up the morning of my daughters birthday party. I showed up 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and the guy there had no idea about my order. Luckily I had my receipt that showed what I ordered and had already paid for. So the guy starts pulling out the balloons for my order. I didn’t have time to wait so I told him I’d be back after I picked up the cake. An hour later I’m back. The guy is gone now Angie is there. She tells me she hadn’t started blowing up my balloons because she wasn’t sure if I was going to show up. Wait! What? I explained to her that I had already been there and the guy was supposed to have my balloons ready when I returned. She tells me that he told her someone came by but she didn’t know who he was talking about. Now it’s only 30 minutes before guests are to begin arriving. I wait patiently as she blows up 25 balloons. I have no other choice. I then purchase a table cloth from her that cost $ 1.50 and she doesn’t have change so I let her keep $ 2 when I feel I should have been comped. After all my order was supposed to be ready at 11 and now it’s almost 1:00. I have no idea how she is able to run a business this way!
