If you don’t know about this company, you should go there immediately. They are the best and will help you find the best deals, not like the normal Verizon store which just takes your money without any help to you. Before these guys I used to go to Verizon wireless service center and had to wait for hours but now the only thing they said was call to customer service and never explained, but these guys, you go they take care of the situation right away. They are really knowledgeable and they take care of everything. Sometimes I feel bad I don’t even know how they make money. Sometimes they give chargers and things like that to me for free. They are truly nice and caring.

Was referred to this location by a friend once I heard the news last week that Verizon Wireless would be charging a $ 30 up charge for upgrading your phone, even if you were eligible for the upgrade! I about had a conniption fit! I have been a VIP card holder(where you got discounts on phone accessories), I had been a $ 100 new every 2 years which apparently got downgraded to $ 50 as of 2011. I’ve been eligible for renewal since December 2011. So is my mom & my dad’s phone was eligible since December 2010! When I started calculating in my head: + $ 50 credit for a new phone —($ 30×3 people to up grade) = now I owe Verizon an additional 40 bucks? That’s when I started texting my friends to see if they knew of any good service providers in Koreatown. Allstar Wireless popped up on my radar & I was given the name of Tevin Park. I called to see when I could swing by. He asked me questions on what phones I was interested in for myself & my parents so he could have them ready to look at when I arrived. Then he asked me how I would be getting there. He gave me a quicker route suggestion from my work in Glendale &THEN he gave me my happy happy tip about FREEPARKING! PARKING: In the back of the store, entrance is on Berendo. Validated by the store so it’s free! Of course if you’re a glutton for punishment or just want a ticket from the cute meter maid(is there even such a thing in Los Angeles?), then park at the meters on Wilshire Blvd or Berendo Ave. Anyway, back to my happy story. I went in after work. Walked in through the rear entrance from the validated parking lot. Met Tevin & got my 3 new phones for myself & my parents! I got some free after market accessories thrown in which is pretty awesome! Definitely coming back to see Tevin & recommending any of my friends to come here.
