Project took 3 weeks longer than quoted. Marco is very flaky. «Guys will be there tomorrow» and they never show up (several times). Brought the wrong cabinets, re-neg’d on the counter tops, texture looks like crap in several places, paint was done poorly (several spots didn’t get painted). Oven gas line installed in wrong place. Re-neg’d on electrical and added cost to project. Overall, not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend All Star.

Had kind of an up and down experience. Once we got everything worked out they did a great job with the install. They have been really quick to help out with any issues and have corrected everything in a very timely manner.

All Star did an awesome job on my kitchen upgrade. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of home improvement done to their house.

I had an absolutely MISERABLE experience with this company.
We paid them a lot of money. They did a HORRIBLE job, and took our money without finishing the job.
Once they had our money, they were gone.
They almost caused a fire in my house. Plumbing has exploded causing flooding. Their owner David Cohen yells, and abuses women (myself and others working with me). They don’t show up when they say they will. The job took WAY longer than they promised. They are failing to give us our warranty.
The work is terribly done. Messy, sloppy, ugly.
This David Cohen doesn’t do the work. He takes your money and just hires cheap vendors outside, and takes a cut.|
David has a temper, he lied to us, he is very unpleasant and abrasive.
His crew once screamed and erupted at my home –it was very scary.
He never writes your instructions down.
We are EXTREMLY unhappy. We feel robbed. He was the worse experience we’ve had with any vendor ever.
Please use another company!

I had All Star Home Improvement remodel my 2 bathrooms and also my kitchen. My master bedroom bathroom is like a picture out of a dream. It is like a 5-​star resort magical bathroom. I could live in it. It has a walk in shower, with a shower bench, shower heads coming out of everywhere, a steam room, and a lot of other features. They installed a giant drop down jacuzzi tub that is amazing. I have a HUGE bathroom now. Double sinks, separate toilet area, toilet seat warmer, floor warmer, and all of the tile and stone work is gorgeous. They did really great work and I would definitely use All Star again. I love the kitchen and bathrooms a lot and I get compliments on them all the time. Great work and thank you!

These guys are amazing! They gave me the lowest quote and their work was phenomenal. I’d definitely use them again :)

I had to cancel work supposedly being put in All Star’s queue as there was insufficient interest on the part of All Star’s representatives in performing a simple 3-​room ceiling popcorn removal in my town home. They were more interested in trying to sell me on other more costly repairs and financing for these repairs.
I put in an order for popcorn removal in November, and various All Star representatives came to my home three times thereafter. The third visit to my property in January involved measuring for the work, and when I followed up with All Star I was informed that someone would have to be sent out a fourth time to «measure for the work.» After three months, I didn’t even have a quote for the cost of the job and there is obviously no communication going on among All Star’s crew members with regard to my project. I found this unacceptable. A waste of my time.
