DONOTGOHERE. He told us he could do our job while we waited then complained that we were rushing him and made us pay extra. Then made both rings too small and did a really terrible soldering job, and blamed us for rushing him. We specifically asked that the rings be arranged and soldered in a certain way; he agreed, then went completely against our request. He said it was impossible to do what was asked but did not consult us before doing the opposite of what we asked, not to mention not cleaning it before working on it which can tarnish it irreparably. Now my wedding ring is soldered in a way I specifically asked it NOT to be with hammer marks all the way up and down the sides ruining the aesthetic appeal. I took it to multiple other jewelers who all cringed at the shoddy workmanship that was so obviously and substantially below standard.

Awesome store! Very unique. There’s a little bit of everything here. Even some cool vintage furniture. Had absolutely no intention of buying anything and ended up leaving with this amazing chest of drawers. HAD to give them a review. Highly recommended to all.

I have been going to Alex now for a while for random items like watch batteries and ring sizing, after the mall store told me they wanted $ 65 for a new watch battery per a brand look up on their price chart. Alex only charged me $ 8. Recently we asked him to create a custom pendant using the diamond that had been my mom’s engagement ring. I found a picture of something I liked and 2 weeks later he delivered a beautiful pendant. I couldn’t be happier with the results and felt really good about the final price. I would absolutely and confidently recommend Alex. He is a very nice person and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

I wandered over here to get my watch battery replaced. The store was a little sketchy because they lock their door, and you have to get buzzed in. But the service was friendly, and the guy(who I assume was Alex?) put in a new battery for $ 7 while I waited.
