Terrible customer service. They never call back, despite repeated messages, and they sent the wrong order in spite of carefully explaining what I needed. It was easier to keep the wrong order than try to deal with their customer service about returning it. Next time I’ll order directly with a true mail order company-a local company doesn’t have any advantage and I think it will be cheaper.

I used AirCare for my cpap and parts for a number of years and was extremely satisfied with the service and help they gave me. Now that they were underbid on the government medicare account I have a new supplier, Lxxxxxx. The new provider isn’t even close to providing the service and help that AirCare provided. Wish the government would think again about using AirCare. Don’t know how the bidding system works but AirCare would be my choice but I’m just a lowly citizen and not a politician so I don/t count.

Great experience getting my mothers CPAP device from here. The employees we dealt with were helpful and answered all our questions. They accept insurance unlike most of the other companies we contacted. We spoke with two other companies that said they took insurance also but found out the difference between being in network and honoring in insurance network pricing(unless company is in network cost doesn’t count towards your deductible). Thanks for clarifying the difference and saving me tons of money. They definitely get a big thumbs up!
