AES Repair

The worst… do not call. They lied about being Miele certified… both the person scheduling the appointment and the technician when he came for the appointment. I was assured Miele authorized repair. Close to $ 150 later, the tech left and when I went to use the dishwasher for the first time after its repair, worse than before. Sorry I didn’t do the research before allowing them to touch my dishwasher. When I called today, I got scheduled again for late today. After reading these reviews I called back and asked again about being Miele authorized repair. Scheduler said he would call back. When he called back shortly thereafter, he gave me some story. I asked again to speak to the owner and left my number again. They should not be able to tell people they are authorized if they are not. Hopefully Paul, the tech did not damage my dishwasher. The other unfortunate thing here is that the owner will close this down and reopen under a new name and do the same thing all over again. STAY AWAY.

Big scam !

This place is a scam they gave me double the cost for what I need on the estimate and I didn’t give them the job, but I didn’t know that the worker that came to my house and checked my refrigerator disconnect some wires so I will call back and tell them to come and fix the problem.

Don’t ever call this place. They don’t even deserve one star. As the previous reviewer wrote, they came and charged $ 39 to provide an estimate of $ 1000 for parts I didn’t need. And when I called Miele to check on the parts and what they cost, AES had more than doubled the costs! Plus they claimed they were a Miele authorized repair place, which Miele denied. And when I called the true Miele authorized repair shop, RIA Appliance, they not only fixed my stove without any replacement parts, they only charged $ 179. Never use AES Repair EVER!

this place is a scam. they came and looked at my appliance and wrote up what parts I needed charged me the $ 39 feee for service call and then never called me back. I called them three times over the next two weeks and they kept giving me excuses. I believe they never intended to come back to fix my venthood. total scam. rude thieves. stay clear
