I’ve been working out with the trainers at About Fitness for about a month now. I’ve tried many trainers, many gyms, but this one is so far the best I’ve found. Reasonable pricing, extremely flexible schedules, I leave the gym feeling completely WORKED. Which is exactly what you want. They do semi-private training, which means at times one trainer is training more than just you, but most of the time it’s either just me, or one other person there. It works very well and is so much more affordable then one-on-one training. I still feel like I get the full-on personal training experience. Definetely recommend trying them out.
