ABC Heating & Air

These guys are phenomenal! I manage a 24-​unit apartment building that happens to have a chiller system that operates our building’s a/​c. The owner had hired this major bonehead who did not know what he was doing because he was cheap, and after the countless times of dealing with this hack jobs, never showing up, forgetting why he was scheduled, not following through and just down right not knowing what the hell he was doing, I decided to run a Craigslist gig’s ad for a new chiller tech. Mike, the owner of ABC responded pretty quickly. He was so nice on the phone, and immediately scheduled a time to come by and take a look at our system. I met with him and his son, John, the next day and after looking at the system, I scheduled him to repair a few of our problems within the units. I couldn’t have been more pleased! They are prompt, professional, follow up with you, and timely in getting things scheduled. They work hard to get your problems taken care of, and will keep you informed along the way. My owner has them handling ALL of his properties now!
They also handle plumbing and electrical issues, as well as regular a/​c systems. Highly recommend!
