WOW! When I say amazing customer service I mean it! Just finished my appointment and couldn’t wait to jump on here and get my review in to tell you all how amazing this company is. I was in need of a lymphatic massage asap. I called in at 7:30pm and Connie was so helpful and understood exactly what I needed. She helped me with referring me to the website in scheduling my appointment and the woman she referred, Tanya, was beyond a doubt a treasure! Best part about everything was the expedited time in being able to get my massage. I booked online easily and she was at my home for a house call at 9pm! She was so sweet, professional, and took her time on educating me which I loved! I love when companies take the time to show they care about their clients. I will definitely be contacting Tanya again for her amazing services and look forward to referring this company to family and friends in the future! If you need a lymphatic massage Tanya is your GO TO PERSON!

Best masseuse in the whole world! Super friendly and respectable and gets back to you quick for setting up appointments. She even makes her own massage oils that smell heavenly! I’ve probably has over 100 massages in my life and no one compares to her!

I have severe allergies and unfortunately get A LOT of sinus infections! I called Tanya and she was very helpful and polite over the phone. I scheduled my appointment online and she arrived later that day. Tanya was professional and explained the whole process. Plus she was really nice and most importantly 80% of my pain (pressure and drainage) is gone!

Worst customer service experience!
I e-​mailed Tanya asking for specific rates. She replied rather promptly — great — but then when I replied asking if there was a difference between her service and another business that charged a lesser rate, she replied «Their service is best for you since price is a factor.»
Hello? That’s not what I asked. I never said price was an issue or that I was on any sort of budget. Even people who can afford a service would ask what the difference is between services when they see such a huge price difference.
I was asking if there was a reason for the big price difference — like is her massage using some special equipment that other places don’t have? I mean… I don’t understand why you’d leave something close-​ended like that. I would have MUCH rather paid Tanya if she had initially responded with how her massage differs from the other business. Or she could have just told me that it doesn’t, and that she just charges more.
The response, while possibly a simple misinterpretation on her end, came across as snobby and rude. She just lost a potential long-​term customer, which is a shame because I was really looking forward to signing up for a large series of sessions after reading all the wonderful reviews.
No hard feelings, but I wouldn’t want to get massaged by anyone with negative energy. Customer service counts!

I’ve been doing chelation for heavy metals and my doctor recommended that I try Lymphatic massage to aid the body with elimination. Tanya came to my house for my first Lympahatic massage and I loved it. She was professional and very knowledgeable and even brought a gift!
I plan on seeing her again for deeper tissue massage and possibly even Rolfing.

Tanya is the jam. She worked my lymphatic system for 90 minutes, was able to explain what she was doing so I understood and was sweet as can be. Highly recommend.

I was jet lagged, exhausted and out of whack, and came across Tanya’s number while looking on the net for massage therapists. She was at my place that afternoon, lugging her fabulously comfortable massage table up our steep stairs and setting it up in the living room. She asked me about any existing injuries, and what places to focus on, and made sure she gave me a beautiful, relaxing massage that would settle me down and get rid of my stress. And she had the perfect amount of pressure, that she kept up throughout the 90 minutes. I was blissfully relaxed and fell asleep easily and early that night. Thanks Tanya!

I would actually rate this experience as ‘interesting’.
We’re in town for a vacation, and I’m looking for a massage and a facial. I get on Unilocal,find Tanya Williams, and call for a same day Sunday appointment. I get a voicemail asking to text, and so I text her.
Text reply– she only does ‘mobile’ work on Sundays, coming to your place.
Okay. So I ask her if she would be able to come to a hotel. Affirmative.
Cool. She also offers me a deal– a 90 minute massage for $ 169 with a free basic facial thrown in. I agree.
Then, I ask if I’ll be able to use my Unilocal deal– $ 100 for the $ 159 value.
What do you know– NO. They can’t honor the deal because they’re coming to a hotel and this is a ‘residential’ deal, hotels are different because they have to ‘set up’ (how is that different from a residence?), hotels are $ 20 extra, I can use the voucher but won’t get the free facial, blah blah blah-​basically, that she really needs me to spend the $ 169. Against my best judgment, I decide to go ahead.
She comes in on time, is friendly and professional, brings in all her equipment, including a table. The massage feels good, and I’m all relaxed and sleepy.
Then comes the facial. It starts out fine, until we get to the «extractions». She popped a pimple on my face, and it started to bleed. She held pressure for a couple of minutes, and it kept on bleeding. I could sense her starting to panic, so I tried to calm her down without making a big deal of it. (Pro– tip= I’m a physician. If someone is bleeding from somewhere, a cold press works better than a hot one, as does leaving the area alone, rather than stimulating it over and over again.)
After that, she wrapped up asap, gave me a small sample of cleanser, cream, and even her half bottle of expensive toner, asked me to see a doctor to see if this was a mole she had extracted instead of a pimple, and actually let me decide on the tip rather than insisting on the 20% gratuity she has mentioned on the phone. (I did the 20% anyway.)
Now it’s day 2, my back is sore, there is a small spot on my face (which I’m pretty sure will scar), and I know I will go to a proper spa the next time around.
*This is in response to Tanya’s comment below. I did not mean to imply that the service was bad– I just described my experience, which was more interesting than good/​bad. I don’t believe that requesting to use a Unilocal coupon qualifies as low-​balling. I also want to add that now that the scab has come off, I have no scar on my face. Thank you.

I hired Lynette’s (Tanya’s) services for my sisters bachelorette party in Hollywood. Her and her team were awesome!
First off, Lynette was great to talk to over the phone. She provided all the necessary information and helped work with me on pricing even though many of my sister’s friends were indecisive on what services they wanted. She was very flexible and open to my requests.
Her and another technician both arrived on time, and were so friendly! The other tech was doing mini manis and pedis while Lynette was handling the massages (then helped out later w/​the manis and pedis). They both have awesome personalities, were easy to talk to, and great at what they do.
Its a really great service for a bachelorette party, any in-​home function, or just for some pampering! And her prices are competitive. I would definitely hire her again next time I’m hosting a party in the LA area.

I have been getting massages for years, and i have FINALLY found the BEST massage therapist with Amazing rates. I can call her after work, in need of a massage, and she will come over as late as 9 or 10pm! she is the sweetest person in the world, and makes me feel soooo much better when i am sore, knotted, stressed and swollen…(which is often because i suffer from mixed connective tissue disease). if you are retaining water and feeling puffy, her lymphatic drainage techniques will drain you out! i am so thankful i found her!

I just came back from a «spa party» given by my friend where Tanya L. Williams and her staff gave massages, pedicures and manicures. It was the most wonderful experience and the most fun I have ever had! Tanya and her staff of professionals were the best! Nice, accommodating, pros!!! If you’re having a girls get together, party, or just want to pamper yourself in the comforts of your own home, you need to give Tanya a call. She is awesome! I have rocks for knots and she works thru them using various types of massage therapies! And, she is a fantastic person to boot!!!

After calling a few different mobile spa companys without getting an answer I called Tanya and thank goodness she answered. She was very friendly over the phone and not at all bothered when I asked her if she had an opening for a 2 hour massage stat (in less than 3 hours). She was on time and game with all her own gear including table, heating bad, and aroma therapy. The massage was fabulous! She is amazing at what she does and really listens to what you want her to focus on. Her pricing is amazing and I also got a free gift. Tanya will be onmy speed dial from here on out lol!
