Oh my god! Heaven in my mouth. I swear everything she bakes is insanely delicious. She also does baking for holidays and parties too! She is as sweet as the sweets she makes and she gives out samples so you can try before you buy! You’re sweet tooth definitely won’t regret it, but your waistband might!

Yum! Maybe it’s in my blood… but I can’t pass up a good Jewish pastry… and these have got to be the best I’ve ever tried! My favorites: The chocolate Ruggelah: which has a whole other side story of their own. I had a dog once who would only eat gourmet dog treats and spit out the rest. That’s how I feel about any other ruggelah in comparison now. I’ve been spoiled by Cindy’s wonderful treats! Anyway those things are the best things ever! The cinnamon-y, chocolate-y goodness is just amazing melt in your mouth stuff. The apricot and raspberry are amazing as well and would be a perfect morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea. Their fist sized(I kid you not!) Chocolate Chip cookies. You can share one of those things and be full. They’re huge and amazingly soft and tasty! Definitely a real bakery cookie! And the brownies! Did I mention the brownies?! She uses her grandmother’s brownie recipe. No wonder! I have never tasted a brownie so amazing. It’s definitely a brownie from another time. Just the right amount of decadence but not overbearing or too sweet. Yum! They also sell lots of pound cakes… and I’m typically not a fan of those kinds of cakes, however, these have made me a convert. Seriously, the best I’ve ever had. Never dry. Always amazingly moist and absolutely delicious. You can tell these sweets are made with all the best ingredients. Everything is so soft and delicious. Absolutely fresh and tasty. So definitely come check her out at the Calabasas or Brentwood farmer’s markets or online! You will not be disappointed! :)

Doncha just hate it when dessert people get all uppity, and try to add all the wangdoodles, hornswogglers, snozzwangers, and vermicious knids they can shake a stick at? The«product» ends up being something you don’t even recognize, much less want to try! Well with A Little Nosh, they make sweet and deliciously comforting desserts, and they DOITRIGHT!!! I crept on them at the Brentwood Farmer’s Market, a market much better than Santa Monica Blvd./Purdue, but not as good as Main Street, and fell in love. I got chocolate ruggelah and chocolate cinnamon mandel bread, the cornerstone of Jewish desserts :) They were just like my grandmothers used to make, and priced perfectly. For $ 5 I got a huge back of ruggelah that I shared with a few friends and my parents, and STILL had leftovers, which I donated to the Hungry Coworkers Fund. I love A Little Nosh, and you will too. And if you don’t, then you’re full of meshugenah!

I have ordered and eaten pretty much everything that A Little Nosh bakes — from the amazing mandelbrot to the unbelievable dark chocolate chip cake and I can safely say that these are my favorite sweets available anywhere. Do yourself a favor and order some desserts immediately. You will not regret it.
