Rudest employee! I handed the cashier my winning tickets and he rudely threw it back at me asking me to scratch the bar codes so he can scan. He forgot that he already scanned one of my tickets so he gave it back to me saying it was already redeemed! I hate coming to this store because most of them are just plain rude but it’s the closest to my house.

Rude. They don’t deserve the customers that they get. They should be respectful and provide better service to the people that visit their store.

I’ve been going to this 7⁄11 for literally 20 years. 3 stars because sometimes the guys working can be rude. And not just to me but I’ve seen it with other people. Other than that it’s been a place to go to since I was 5

Some guy was trying to steal a can of bear and the cashier(who I think is the manager) got pissed and started yelling at him and he started yelling in his middle eastern language at the customer and I think he was cussing him out. Anyway after the thief left all the cashiers were in a pissed off mood now cuz the manager was pissed and now the rest of their night was gana suck

Yo I been living here in this area for a very long time, and this 7 eleven used to be a lot friendlier. The guy that works there knows me but all of a sudden is just plain blatantly rude and is completely giving me a hard time every transaction. If I could, I’d get that mofocka fired no lie. Ima find out his name today.

I have been to 7-eleven’s across the country and I have never experienced the disgusting customer service I experienced at this location. The employee was rude and disrespectful, even AFTER I showed him the blatant sign. So, at this location there is 12 pack Heineken for 12.99 plus tax/CRV. There is a sign on the door stating that price, all of the signs in front of the case stated that price as well, once you opened the freezer. The 12 pack rang up for 13.99BEFORE tax, I informed him that price was incorrect and that the sign said 12.99. We walked over to the freezer and he saw, he asked his co-worker how he can fix the price and THAT co– worker told me I was incorrect. He volunteered to «go show me I was wrong» so we walked over the the freezer yet again. I once again showed this different employee that I was correct. The employee then began to yell at me that«you can buy it and come back and talk to my manager later». I have never been spoke to like that at any 7– eleven. I love coming here for what used to be excellent customer service. I am appalled, at the fact that the employee did not just change the price to reflect THEIROWNPRICE. Needless to say I left the 7– eleven without purchasing anything and sat down to type this letter. I WILLNEVERSPENDMYMONEYHEREAGAIN!

I walk here at least once a week with my boyfriend to pick up a redbox video. Other than that, this is a pretty standard 7-Eleven. The beer selection is a little weaker than other 7-Eleven’s I’ve been too so it is quite a bummmmeerr. STEARCLEAROFTHECRACKHEADSTHATHANGOUTINTHEFRONTANDBEGFORMONEY!

This 7 – 11 needs serious customer service training. I often see customers being yelled at by counter attendants. This area is full of immigrants, senior citizens and teenagers who probably just accept how they are treated because they’re either in a hurry and just want to get in and out or not able to articulate or unaware how they’re being treated poorly.

I’ve got to give it up to this 7-Eleven…they work the register like nobody’s business. While one customer is finishing up his/her transaction, they’ve got another one started on the other register. Pretty sure they could beat robots in a «get through the line as fast as you can» competition. Oh, and they now carry Popcornopolis. Booyeah.

This is a weird 7-Eleven that has a good amount of riff-raff hanging around often. That’s a turn-off, of course. It used to be stocked with lots of strange candies – almost like it was a consumer test store-but those days are over, unfortunately. The guys behind the counter seem cool enough, but the vibe doesn’t work for me.

Horrible service… Hot dogs looked as if they’ve been cooking for years Rude clientele However this was a SUPER7-eleven and I say that because they sold everything here, cellphones, jewelry, calling cards, clothes, I was completely thrown off by all of this. not even the men buying 6 packs at 10am surprised me but the store and it goods did.

i’ve only been to this location twice but it’s pretty much the same as anyother of the 7-elevens, the selection of beer is ok and the the food and snacks are pretty much the same variety. they need a wider selection of cigerettes, but other than that they are stock like any other 7– eleven
