Horrible neighbors. The guy here was incredibly rude. I simply asked for some fives in exchange for a twenty, and he turned me away. He didn’t have to give me change, but no other store on the block would be this rude. Be a good neighbor, this is West LA, not New York.

I earned free coffee but the guy at cashier told me it’s $ 2.09 so I thought I just misunderstood and then I paid $ 2.10. He gave me only change. I usually take a receipt for my household account book so I asked him if I can take a receipt, then he gave me a receipt and my money back because it says my coffee is free. I can’t believe it. He just tried to take my money! I like Seven Eleven but never come back this store.

This is my favorite store of all of them. They are both super nice and efficient. I love that when I walk in the door they recognize me and always are ready to help. They keep their lines moving quickly and always with a smile.

I normally wouldn’t Unilocal a 7 – 11, but this particular location asks for it. Everything was wrong, from waiting 10 minutes at the yield left turn in order to enter, to the insufficient parking(3 spots), to the filthy store, inside and out. Not to mention the incredibly slow cashier. It made for a very inconvenient experience for myself and my young children. Growing up from age 6 working with my family in a liquor store, I quickly learned the simple basics of what it took in order to maintain and run a small business. It’s super simple. Mop the floors regularly and as needed, greet the customers, move quickly, clean the cooler windows, keep the coolers and shelves fully stocked and facing. Dust everything. Windex all glass as needed, including the filthy doors. I brought my kids here because it was on our way and it was 100 outside. Next time we are going to use our snow cone machine at home instead!

This is easily the best 7 – 11 I have visited in the area. It is always clean, well stocked, and the employees are very polite. It doesn’t seem to get as crazy and busy as other 7 – 11’s, especially during morning rush hour. The only downside is the small parking lot, which can fill up and require waiting to get a spot. This problem seems common to most 7 – 11’s in the area though. I definitely suggest choosing this location over others in the area, or if your commute passes this intersection(Venice and Centinela).

This is absolutely the best 7 – 11 ever. The workers are always so nice. This one seems a bit safer that other 7 – 11’s. Of course they are usually all on the sketch side, but they are so awesome at the same time. The parking lot is horrible though but I would still drive out of my way to come here, rather than go to the one on Lincoln next to P*fit or the one on Lincoln and Washington and get the cat calls, lines of people picking lotto tickets like they are buying a house and fear I might get robbed if I go at night.

This 7 – 11 actually had the Redd’s brand. Both the Strawberry & Apple Ale’s. Oh Wait I almost forgot the Clerk greeted me before I acknowledge him/her. If you can look past the ratcheting civilians then. you should appreciate this store. And its location. All in all, gold selection of beer, wine, and, spirits.
