If I could give negative stars I would! As I wrote this review now my friend is trapped on the elevator. He has been there for an hour and I’ve called numerous numbers to contact someone finally spoke with someone and they said the repair man is half an hour away??? So if someone was having a heart attack what would they do?!! I hear the elevators frequently breakdown buyers renters beware safety codes are my met here there should be an 24 hour service man on site especially for those ridiculous hoa fees I spoke with Timothy and he was not at all understanding of the situation… This place is downright dangerous!

I love it here. Being a young bachelor living on the 21st floor with a 360 view from the staples center/​ritz to the hollywood sign I am more than happy (also pool side view which no one every really uses). However, the HOA here is quite pricey but in my opinion, WELL WORTH IT. Customer service and response time if anything were to become an issue is amazing. I come home from a long stressful day at the office looking forward to a warm greeting from the concierge. That’s all I have to say about that.

When I was living at 1100 and had an HOA issue, I always received quick responses from the management company. HOA expenses are high and sometimes I don’t know where all those fees go to, but their customer service is efficient and responsive.
