I love phở and am a connoisseur of Asian food — it’s my favorite type of food. I’ve eaten Asian food all over Asia over the past two decades and even lived here for 15 years of my life. You need to understand that this restaurant has Asian food catered to western tastes. If you can understand that and lower your expectations of receiving an authentic Asian dish, I think you will appreciate the meal a lot more. The phở soup was a bit bland, but once I added the«salt», it tasted quite amazing. The server was sweet and attentive. The sandwiches were delicious. I would come back again as it’s quite convenient. Everyone in my party enjoyed the meal and I was pleasantly surprised to see kopiko, a coffee candy Come with the bill.

There aren’t actually that many good eating spots in downtown Los Altos, and certainly if you want authentic Vietnamese you wouldn’t think to come here first. Set expectations appropriately. This place is okay for what it is. Food was decent, service was good, ambience is ‘charming’ in a rustic sort of way.

Food quality is terrible and worst phở I’ve ever tasted in my life. I got the chicken phở and the chicken was so dry and tasted pretty old. Save your money and find better phở restaurants. Not worth it!

I’m surprised by the rating which seems too generous. We went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We asked for a high chair which was so dirty that it was black and sticky. We ordered a phở each, a chicken phở and a vegetarian phở. When we tried to take a bite we got a whiff of the broth which smelled funny and it also tasted like it was not fresh. The noodles were undercooked and we didn’t feel like eating beyond the first bite. We have never done this before but we didn’t eat the rest of the food, we just paid and left.

Great food, and owned by a very nice family. They know my toddler by name and come by the table to talk to him every time we go in. One of my favorite restaurants in Los Altos.

I think this is a perfect lunch spot in Los Altos. The portions are huge and everything is fresh and very tasty. The phở is delicious. You can add condiments and sauces to get the perfect degree of spiciest/sweetness. It’s warm and filling. Need some now… The cold shrimp rolls with peanut butter dipping sauce are complete refreshing perfection. We used to get these by the box to bring home. I love the assorted meats and vegetables with noodles. Add a large frosty glass of iced Thai Tea and you will have the perfect lunch to share. The ladies will bring anything you ask for and they keep things immaculate. Highly recommend.

I love, love, love Tour Eiffel. The service is always A+, they recognize their regulars and treat them well. They remember my order and have speedy carry-out. The food is consistently amazing(get the chicken curry!).

LOVE this place! The phở is delicious as are the vermicelli dishes. Ever since I have become more gluten free, I have been searching for restaurant options. Many items on this menu are rice based. My favorite things are the rice vermicelli ginger tofu or chicken, the phở noodle soup, and the rice crepes. The restaurant owner is always smiling and so pleasant. I am not sure why this place has not got more 5 star reviews!

Service is not good. I had to ask for basil for my Phu. Not much beef and shrimp in our food but price a lot more in here.

I tried the springrolls and the Banh Mi sandwich with grilled chicken. The service and food quality were fine but the portions were small for the price.

I usually love Vietnamese food but this is the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken vermicelli and the chicken smelled rotten so I literally didn’t eat any of the chicken. The vegetables also didn’t seem fresh and the sauce was super bland. The crêpe wasn’t any better(also smelled funky). The iced coffee had a bitter aftertaste. How can you screw up iced coffee? Waste of money. Now I’m still hungry and my stomach hurts.

Small portion, bland food, just plain bad food. Beef was so hard and they give so little for $ 11. My friend wasn’t full after her $ 11 shrimp salad also. It’s just a waste of money. Dont come here!

I’ve been here twice. I’ve tried the Chicken phở and the sautéed lemongrass chicken. Both are great. Service is great.

Always my go to place. Amazing chicken curry and ginger chicken! So great that I don’t usually try anything else! The chicken curry is super flavorful with lean chicken pieces and marinated potatoes. Delicious. I order from here at least once a week.

The food was terrible. I ordered a crêpe, but I was terrible. Then I thought their phở maybe better, but I was wrong… it was not good! It didn’t taste like THE phở.

For all your catering needs, this is the place to go if you want fresh, delicious Vietnamese food! They did a fabulous job for my recent baby shower. Not only were the spring rolls and egg rolls delicious, but they were beautifully made. I would venture to say that they have the best spring rolls in all of the Bay Area. They’re so fresh and so well wrapped. All of my guests were impressed with the quality of the rolls and the spread Tour Eiffel provided for our build-your-own banh mi bar. The staff at Tour Eiffel really delivered for my special event, everything was as expected and more. I highly recommend them; they’re easy to work with, they do a great job, and they’re really nice people!

The Denny’s of Phở. My wife doesn’t care for Vietnamese so much but she took me here thinking I would enjoy it as I frequent another Phở place in San Francisco with our oldest daughter. Came a little after noon on a weekday and the small interior was almost packed. They had a few outdoor spots which were mostly empty. Most Vietnamese places I have gone to have countless varieties of Phở. This place 4; beef, chicken, beef and chicken and one other dish, Wife ordered Shrimp Vermicelli and I the large Beef Phở. I have consulted in the past with tech companies in the area so I was surprised that almost all the clientele were in the retirement age. Nor was there any Asian, other than myself. Long story short, the service was friendly and fast but neither my wife nor I enjoyed our meal with both of us leaving somewhat hungry. The portions were small for the price and just a tad bland. We only ordered the two dishes so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu but I don’t see myself going back.

Okay little Vietnamese Restaurant in DTLA. I came here around noon ish on a weekday and the place was actually packed. They have a few outdoor spots which are nice to dine at on a hot summer day. I ordered the beef phở which was aight. You ca n’t really go wrong with beef phở, but it nothing to rave about. Not bad, not amazing, just what you would expect. Service was a little slow but that was probably just because we were sitting outside making it a bit more difficult. It was around $ 8 for a small bowl, so pretty much what you would expect tldr; aight Vietnamese place in DTLA, nothing amazing but okay lunch choice
