Amazing French-style boutique hotel in the heart of Los Altos. Great rooms, style, design and service. Amazing breakfast and cheese/meat plates for snacks with Rose from Provence France. Walking distance from downtown Los Altos. Definitely 5 stars and will stay here again.

A unique French place. A brand-new, stylish, cozy and super clean hotel boutique. It was an amazing get away with wonderful service, high quality food and beautiful ambience. I love their yummy breakfast. They serve a hot dish of your choice. The menu is different every morning. And those fresh-fresh fruits and berries!!! You can enjoy your meal on the terrace if it’s sunny. As for evening you have a chance to try high quality cheese and meat plate with rose sparkling wine accompanied by live music So charming!!!

Enchante evokes authentic European feelings and happiness. I wish I had a reason to stay here overnight, but our house is nearby and stay cation so close just doesn’t make much sense. Walking around their outside patio bistro, along very small but well appointed plaza, complete with gas lamps and chic Parisian style, brings warmth to my heart. I’m yet to try their small plates with a glass of red on the patio, so far everything I’ve seen looks and feels delish.

The bistro serves a light fare from 4−10pm and features a great guitarist Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s an intimate space with a very Parisian style. Great place for a glass of red or a blonde beer.

This place is very pleasant. Great welcome when you walk into the entrance. Décor is new and elegant. TV does not seem to work but still giving it a 5. Manager greeted me by name and I had not met him yet. He was expecting me? Not too many rooms so I would classify this as a boutique l’hotel. If money is not an issue this is a great place.

I just found my new, favorite place in Los Altos. Hotelier, Abby Ahrens, has done it again, showing the town her ability to build the most classy yet friendly place where every attention to detail in the finish and service has been thought of. IMHO, the rooms are worlds better than any of the best international hotels. The bistro, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and small plates, is perfect for a date, a single person enjoying a moment to relax, or even a business meeting. The wine list was not large in volume, but the wine my party did order was thoughtfully selected and quite tasty. Live music played in the background. Unlike other places in town where you can’t hear yourself talk, my group was able to have meaningful conversation but also enjoy the relaxing, pitch-perfect live music in the background. Best ambience in town, bar none.

This is the loveliest hotel in Silicon Valley! It is a Parisian jewel where each room is unique, and all details for your greatest comfort were predetermined. Fluffy bedding, cozy fireplace, plush towels, coffee. Everyone on the staff is kind and delightful. You are always greeted by name. Every morning, a gourmet menu of exquisite breakfast… my French toast was just delivered, and the owner, Abby, walked by and said, «spoil her please.» You will feel spoiled here! You must stay here! Just please leave a room for me!

This is such a nicely done hotel in downtown Los Altos. It is just across the street from the city center with a library and history museum, and walking distance to a large park(Shoup Park and Redwood Grove). I have not stayed there but toured the hotel and several rooms for my guests in the future. They offer wine and hors d’oeuvres in the afternoon, and breakfast, and also there are restaurants and coffee shops in the downtown. On one side there is a main road but they have triple pane windows and it was quiet inside even at commute hour. Each room is tastefully decorated in a theme, such as music, etc. with nice furniture and great attention to detail, and the bathrooms are spacious and beautifully done as well. If I didn’t live in the area I would book a room there for myself!

Two words: simple and refined. The furniture in the rooms as well as in the café area is gorgeous and obviously of high quality. The bed was a bit firm, but I slept really good, didn’t wake up once(which is rare for me in hotels). The showers are so spacious, and the soaps/lotion smell like something that a spa would have– love that they use the ‘eco-friendly’ refillable bottles too :). Most importantly though, ALL of the staff I encountered were so courteous and genuine. I stayed for business, but I can’t wait to go back, maybe for a romantic getaway or solo stay cation, away from the craziness. Very cute little spot right downtown. Just what that town needed.

Classy yet inviting! This place is the epitome of a 5 star boutique hotel right downtown Los Altos. The staff is trained to provide the most wonderful service and I had a very good experience. I love a France décor. A walking distance from restaurant, bank, boutique shop, spa. You will love this hotel trust me! ;)
