This store is not customer friendly towards potential consigners. The owner advises her first time customers that she doesn’t accept anything that wasn’t originally purchased for at least $ 50 but she will gladly take your items in as donations. Then she doesn’t take pants. No walk ins even though she was sitting outdoors eating her pizza and chatting with another person and the store was vacant of customers. She asked me not to hang my rejects up as she went through my clothes and told me I could just hold onto them. She rushed me out the door with a few items that had been in mothball storage and then proceeded to tell me that all of the clothes had that smell and needed to be laundered or go to the cleaners. I gather that the few items that had been in storage caused a slight out-gassing and may have given my other items a practically non– detectable smell unless you are a blood hound. When I came back to pick up unsold items I was told that I had to hunt for my own items. Not very organized either. Overall, doing business with this woman was a major insult and I would NOT recommend her as a customer friendly business. Her store is not well organized and most of the clothing looks like donations. Bypass her and just drive your items down to Santa Fe.
