Love me some Jersey Mike’s. It is a tad pricey but it’s oh so good! Staff is friendly(maybe overly friendly but maybe again, I’m just a grouch). They stopped taking coupons that their corporate emails out, which stinks because they send out those coupons every other week and I would faithfully go in and redeem. So, my time spent there may decrease but I will still go when I can and love it!

I had a delicious Grilled Veggie Wrap(good vegetarian-friendly option), along with chips(new flavor for me – Lays Ginger Wasabi, yummy!) & a drink(their special featured watermelon tea, so refreshing!). The staff was helpful & friendly. And I was also there at a time the restaurant was not busy at all. The napkins are small & flimsy, so I had to use more. I also used their restroom to change from my business clothes to my more casual clothes. It’s nice & clean, but it is a one-seater, so good thing it wasn’t busy there! When I left the restaurant, it was starting to get busy, though. So I could imagine a line possibly forming, just for washing hands.

Popular chain that you can find in most of the civilized world. Good location in Longview, friendly staff. Yet nearly $ 11 for a 8-inch sub with chips and a drink? My honest experience: meh! I chose the #8, which is a club sub of turkey, ham, provolone cheese, and bacon. The bread is kept in container that you’ll see at most sub places like Subway, and the turkey & ham also appeared to taste fresh. There is the«Mike’s Way», which is salt & pepper, vinegar oil and a dash of oregano within one of the shaker. Having this on the sub made a bit of difference in the taste, yet the bread itself seemed a bit hard. To be quite honest, I may have had better luck putting hot sauce on the sub to improve the taste. Nonetheless, I was hungry, so down the hatch it went with my potato chips and fountain drink of Mountain Dew. Don’t get me wrong: if you are a fan of sub sandwiches, Jersey Mike’s is a good place to stop at. Yet for the amount of money paid, its kinda pricey for what you get. I actually had an appetite for more food, and hearing the cashier say the final bill was kind of surprising. If the sub was a true foot long(more like a 6 – 7 inch), I would say that it would be a little more satisfying outcome. For now, meh.

I love Jersey Mikes. Love them. I do not get them Mikes way because I’m just too picky of am eater. But thier bread and meat is just very fresh and you can taste it. I’ve always had great service at this location!

Indeed this is a chain sub shop, and it beats its competitors in quality and customer service — by far. Notice that when you order a sandwich, the folks at this place actually slice the meat? There are two other chains(one of which couldn’t survive in Longview) that unwrap the meat from butcher paper — pre-measured — when you order your sandwich. If your sandwich is bland, blame yourself. Jersey Mike’s offers plenty of condiments. And the service(at this location, anyway) is better than any other ‘chain’ offering in town. Yep. You get what you pay for.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. Basically tasteless cold cuts drenched in an oil? blend. Staff has been rude and not very helpful. We’ve given them a few chances but the last time we were in the restaurant, the A/C unit was causing the duct work to drip water all over the floor in multiple locations. A customer slipped and fell, and the situation was met with an eye roll by manager rather than promptly cleaning up the mess. I feel with better management/training these situations could be resolved; however, maybe with Jersey style sandwiches you get Jersey style attitude.

Quick lunch for our family of four. Sandwiches were good but a little pricey for the quality. Maybe subway has us spoiled. :)

Chain sammich shop. We ordered in for Inventory. I had the tuna. It’s not bad but it is average. I have to spice it up some. In comparison to other chain sammich shops, it’s not any better. The prices are about 20% higher than Subway. It isn’t a bad stop but it isn’t great either.
