first, i had a reservation. wanted the cheapest car available. requested to be picked up at my home by johnny across the bridge in oregon. no problem. at the office, the paperwork was taken care of promptly, the car was ready to go. rob and crew were friendly, courteous, and even laughed at my jokes! when i returned the car 2 days later in the am, i was driven back home by brendan. what a great crew! maybe i was lucky, or my timing was good, but this was the best service i have ever received at a rental agency in a long time. keep up the good work guys!
