Waffle Cakes waffles are amazing! I’ve tried their plain waffle, cinnamon roll waffle, peanut butter cup waffle and requested several creations of my own. What makes them so good isn’t the toppings, it’s the waffle. With a crisp outside and a sugary soft inside they’re really good all on their own!
And you can bet that when you order from them you’ll get a tasty warm waffle every single time. There’s a reason I follow their truck, they really know what they’re doing!

They make some of the best dessert food I’ve had in a long time, we always get several different waffle flavors and share between the family! My favorite is the cinnamon roll, freaken amazing!

Can’t believe no one else has reviewed this truck yet! While I’ve been debating trying it for the last year, I finally took the plunge last night and all I can say is YUM!
I ordered the turtle cheesecake waffle… They had run out of regular whipped cream so gave me lemon on the side with fresh blueberries. This was two desserts in one for me and both were great!
My friend’s very gluten allergic mother also got a (gluten free) waffle — lemon blueberry — and said it was fantastic with no allergy issues!
So if you see them around (concerts in the park, rhythm on the river, prospect on Monday night, twin peaks mall, etc) and you want dessert, give them a shot! Prices are comparable to desserts at Pumphouse and Sun Rose (a bit less, really) and the treats are just as good.
Bonus, they also serve savory versions!
