Brad was great, did an awesome job removing the tint after my removal failed miserably. He fit me into his schedule and even offered to come out to my house to remove the tint. He was done on time and kept me updated with when I should pick up the car. The tint was totally removed and the windows look great and the rear window was treated very well, the defroster works fine. He even cleaned up some of the damaged rubber along the window. All in all I would recommend him for both the quality of his work and the great customer service.
