As much as I love this place unfortunately I think some of the people that work here should not be working here or should take a workshop in customer service. There’s no reason why I am standing here while the person at the counter is having a personal conversation and I have to wait until the conversation is done before I make my order. Oh great. the other girl that usually takes care of me had to come and help me because this other girl is having her personal conversation… smh

I have no idea why everyone is complaining about this place. Everyone is always super friendly. They have a beautiful, extensive menu with like 30 different types of sandwiches and burgers. Easy to read with fresh, premium ingredients like alfalfa and brie cheese(there’s others, I’m just forgetting). They do it all: juices, smoothies(all fresh, right there for you to see), coffees, salads, burgers, desserts etc It’s SOHARD to find a decent deli in NYC. Most of the time when you walk into delis in the city, they look like dumps. Not this place. Everything looks delicious! What’s more, I have a very sensitive stomach and the food at other delis has made me a little queasy(even the salads), never had any problems with this place. HIGHLY recommend.

I would not recommend this place. They try to nickel and dime you for each and every thing! I work close by and have told my co-workers about this and they have experienced the same. Go somewhere else where they appreciate you and don’t only care about taking your money!

This place is really doing themselves a disservice not making their name more visible. This little hole in the wall has EXCELLENT quinoa bowls. Friendly and quick service as well. I got the burrito bowl with no chicken but added avocado. It was so delicious. Every business trip I take to queens, I’ll stop at this place for lunch! I also got a side of fries and they were huge serving and tasty! They also make takeout super easy if you’re about to hop on the train. I may get another bowl for takeout for my bus ride back to Boston.

I’ve never had a problem with this place. Food is always good and delivery time is quick. I do believe they are a bit pricey but that’s what you get from a café like them. They have many light options and healthy meals that are very tasty. The Chicken Milano is my favorite panini they have. Not too fond on their salads. Their healthy rice bowls & fries are delicious! I’d recommend this place for sure

Their policy of not giving the price of your food before charging your card, when you call in an order, is rather annoying. Could it be that they are changing prices of the food and that’s why the girls answering the phone, can’t give you a price immediately?

Ordered takeout for the first time. My wife got the turkey burger quinoa bowl. On the menu this was indicated as a signature item. Well this turkey burger was not fresh and can taste that microwave meat flavor. My wife could not eat more than a few bites. I tried it as well and not good at all. First and last try for us.

I always gets the same thing olive cream cheese with pepper jack tomato and onion on a hero. It’s always $ 5.25. Just went there and the price was $ 7.25 for the same thing. When I asked why was the price changed this girl in counter tells me «I’m here every Saturday ». Like I was lying about it. Honey I’m not stupid .just left it there and walked out. Will never go back again !! Not recommend !!

All I asked for was The Caribbean French Toast with a side of Turkey Bacon. The side of bacon, as stated on their menu, comes with 6 pieces, but I only got 3. The french toast wasn’t «Caribbean», but NAKED. No syrup, no fruit, no whipped cream, not even a smidgen of powdered sugar. Oh… and the french toast wasn’t even cooked. I don’t know what to say. I’ll never eat from here again. My company will never order from here again either as everyone’s order was butchered one way or another.

for affordable and tasty lunch, this place is the go to in long island city. I never been here but I’ve ordered a lot of things from their lunch menu and had hem delivered. It is seriously the best place to get a burger deluxe with great steak fries. You even have the option of spicing up your fries with rosemary or Cajun spices.

Visited New York from Los Angeles and this place was near my hotel. Decided to come here for breakfast after walking past the front and looking at the breakfast choices. Tried this place twice in the time of my visit. Tried the breakfast burrito and the breakfast platter. Both were very good choices for breakfast. Very delicious. Go with the platter its more food for your buck! Staff was friendly and attentive to take our orders. Very nice place to sit inside as well as outside. All the food looks fresh and ready to eat. They have a wide variety of food for lunch as well. A good place to come if you’re in the neighborhood.

Girls behind the counter were not so bright, went in and told the cook I’ll take the $ 4.95 omelette special that comes with home fries, one main meat choice and 3 vegetable choices to go into the omelette, just as the sign says that is hung on the glass salad bar window. He knew exactly what I wanted, especially since I motioned toward the sign when I gave my order. The cashier is right there, next to the kitchen(small place) and I walked up to the cashier and told her I was having the omelette special and a small cup of coffee. She must have been new because she hesitated, and the one of the other girls behind her turned to us and quoted a dollar for the small cup of coffee. She punched a bunch of buttons on the register and said«that will be $ 10.06» I said, «woh, wait, I got the special,» and walked a step back over to the sign and pointed out what I got. She looked at the sign and obviously could not read it or understand it and so she became bewildered and started rambling in broken spanish/english, kept pointing at the boards above the stove and I said«wait, look here it says $ 4.95 for the omelette special I got,» with the cook now watching and nodding in agreement with me. She became even more frustrated and the rambling in incoherent spanish/english kept going on and on, and the other three girls just stood there with the same confused expression on their faces. (too many girls behind the counter for a weekend afternoon, this guy who owns the place is losing money with four girls too many on staff or knows they’re incompetent and needs that many to do the thinking of just two) I ended up paying the $ 10.06, thinking I’ll just take it up with the management later. I walked over to the sign and snapped a picture of it with my phone, and caught the girls all getting very nervous when I did that and started speaking nervously among themselves in huddle. I then asked for a receipt and the girls said«oh we don’t give receipts…» What does that tell you right there? I’d be glad to take this posting down if the manager does correct the situation for me please.

In a corner of Queens where food is hit or miss, and some ‘just a bit outside’… this salad, sandwich, wrap joint sorta saved my day. It’s always difficult to come to queens plaza and grab something quick to eat before I meet with a client here. I come to this client regularly, and Packard Grill will be a safety net. I got a Turkey sandwich with pickles Tomatoes and Lettuce on whole wheat wrap, and the outdoor seating area was nice, for the 7 minutes I had to spare. I’d of course much rather go to Takesushi up the road AFTER the client meeting, but not everything can go my way every day. Packard made sure I wasn’t freaking out hungry and stomach rumbling and I am glad for that

This place is abysmal. The staff is rude and salad ingredients aren’t fresh. The place is small and the outdoor seating area is next to all of the large trash containers that gets rolled out to the streets on dumpster day. I would rather walk the extra 5 minutes to Cranberry.

The food here is good. Nothing fancy. Just a small diner with fresh clean salads and wraps. Burgers and fries were big and tasted great. Nice little surprise on our trip to NYC.

*Delivery Review* Just placed an order through seamless for the place and everything came exactly as I ordered it. The prices were fairly lower than other places in the area(7.00 wraps vs 12.00 wraps at my local diner). I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was still hot when I got it! The delivery man got a bit lost on the way which is a big pet peeve of mine, but seems to happen often where I live… clearly no one knows its an actual street? But any who… love the create your own option on seamless– allows you to choose multiple cheeses and or proteins(most places allow only one selection) This place will definitely be added to my rotation of delivery spots.

Horrible service. Mediocre, overpriced food. Tiny portions. My salad barely filled half the bowl and they refused to make it bigger! I paid $ 10 for this???

My boyfriend and I ordered two salads from seamless, one chopped and one regular. The chopped salad was only ¼ of the bowl! Not even half! How is that possible?! I called and explained to the very nice woman and she just told me the physics of chopping. I get it. But, I also am a salad fanatic and order from Chop’t and Lenny’s and other awesome salad places that although the salad is chopped, it still fills up the typical salad bowl. Well, after I called they sent me another one but still this one is about half a bowl. I’m glad they sent me another one but, COMEON. Serve a decent salad. If I’m paying about $ 20 for two salads I expect them to be ATLEAST decent.

I come here sometimes for lunch. It’s a place to grab a quick bite. Their salads and sandwiches are good. The prices are standard for the neighborhood. The store has an outdoor seating area.
