Met up with a friend here. Actually we were intending to go to Mary’s and it looked closed so we chose the restaurant next door with another name on the sign… got menus that said«Mary’s» and apparently we were there? No idea what’s up with that. Friendly staff… yes! Horrible food… yes again! I went hungry and left hungry. I tried a beef tostada and chicken fajitas. Inexpensive but inedible. My friend tried the pablano mole(she liked mole) and she couldn’t eat hers. Either we went at a really horrible time or picked the 3 horrible items on the menu.

Love Mary’s. They do great tortas(go with the beef) and fries! The lady behind the counter is really friendly. Downside is that it’s kind of ghetto. Probably wouldn’t go after the work day when there are a bunch of drunk construction dudes slamming back Coronas.

For a ‘coffee shop’, Mary’s has a lot to offer. They have a breakfast menu, burgers, mexican and spanish platters, deli sandwiches, pasta, beer, shakes, juice and much more. The customers and staff are predominately Spanish-speaking. The prices are reasonable or considered cheap. Good amount of seating is available. They do take credit cards.
