Terrible. The employees have no idea what they’re doing and have no desire to help you. I went to Schatz on Steinway afterwards and that was a pleasant experience.

If I could I would give it 0 stars! Worst store ever!
I bought 4 gallons of paint which was custom made. When I got home and opened it, it was completely different color from what I ordered. (the guy assured me that its that color and I should of checked before I paid for it) I tried to return it, but they told me it’s non refundable!!! They sold me wrong thing and now they will not take it back. I paid $ 250 for the paint. Very unpleasant people working there, especially the guy who sold it to me. Obviously he did not know what he was doing!

Picked up 9 gallons of paint here today for my home renovation. I was happy to find they have a small parking lot, so it was very convenient to get there. I called last minute, almost 3pm, when then close at 4pm on Saturdays. I don’t live far, and was able to make it there by 3:30. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I already knew the colors of Benjamin Moore paint that I wanted and they suggested the finishes depending on the room, explaining the difference. I will definitely be back if we need anymore paint for the house!
