Their ineptitude cost me time and money. I went in there to buy fixtures for my bathroom and Dana (the saleslady) talked me into moving my tile order over to this store as well. The only problem was she never bothered to write up the tile order and lo and behold when everything was delivered (minus the tile), she was on vacation. No one in the store had a record of what I had chosen. When she came back she tried to go by memory (b/​c she never wrote it down) and ended up sending the wrong tile. Then I went into the store to pick tile again but she didn’t bother to show up to work that day or pick up her phone. Let me tell you, when she needed my credit card number to place an order she had me pulled from meetings. But when she made a mistake and I needed help, she was MIA. If you end up going to this store, my advice to you is to keep track of everything, b/​c they certainly won’t.

They were knowledgeable, had good suggestions with the aesthetics and the technical install, and good stock as I needed to walk out with tile that day. They were not pushy or aggressive and they had a play area for kids that entertained my kids while i selected tile.
