its d and d. what more can i say. grab a cup from the person that barely speaks english but is friendly as the best of them, and enjoy it!

Stopped in after a long walk through Astoria’s parks this afternoon for a quick warm up in the form of a coffee. I can see why people like Dunkin’ for their everyday coffee stop, it’s pretty darn affordable. But beyond that it’s not really my cup of tea, er, coffee I mean.
It was convenient and very fast, but the majority of fast food/​coffee shops are. The location I have to admit was super convenient. But the actual «dining» area was crowded and sloppy — time to send an associate out to to do a little clean-​up.
I might just be old fashioned and really enjoy the atmosphere of the more traditional coffee house. Just my preference.

Queens, NY
This place newly opened up after closing the one only a few stores away. Very nicely made. But the bagels — they put TOO much cream cheese. I look at my receipt and it says 2 oz of cream cheese. Who needs that much cream cheese?! It’s funny because this DD is a bit pricier than the Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away — maybe because of the atmosphere?
