TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order a pizza, get quoted an hour and 15 mins. That’s fine. I accept. ALMOST TWO HOURS LATER the driver is calling me asking me for directions! What is this!!! I get my food finally after telling the driver where my correct address is, (they have the wrong one printed on the receipt even!) and the driver tells me that he was given the wrong address!
Call the store, let them know they offer a credit for a pizza in the future. WHY WOULD I ORDER AGAIN?! I tell them no to refund it! Unacceptable!

Read the reviews– there’s a reason why they are so bad. Usually I go with the neighborhood (awesome) pizza, but for some reason, I regrettably craved Domino’s tonight. And my misfortune that this is my default location, cus its been nearly 2 hours and counting and there’s no sign of the Pizza. I would give this location 0 stars if Unilocal had the option.
And it took 5 calls before they even answered the phone, only to say «sorry», too bad. I am not amused.

Awful service… cannot remember a good experience I’ve had at this dominos. Because it is the closest one to my home I always end up ordering from them. I’ve definitely had enough. Ordered pizza yesterday (Sunday, which happened to be the NYC marathon) ok given of the circumstance I figured it would take like an hour and a half. I live about 5 minutes from the store driving. It took 2 hours before I got confirmation it was out for delivery. Then another hour and 20mins for the actual delivery. So altogether just about 3 hours and a half for two pizzas to an address 5 mins away driving Marathon or no marathon. Needless to say I refused the delivery given we were starving and ended up ordering at another restaurant. How these people are still in business is beyond me. So buyer beware, the go to place if you’re looking to never have food.

Avoid this place at all cost. Several things wrong with my experience:
1. Pizza took almost 3:00 hrs to arrive. I was quoted 1:15 to 1:20 minutes.
2. I ordered coke, they brought me sprite
3. They gave me the wrong dipping sauce for my chicken
4. They gave me a white desert dipping. I didn’t order deserts so someone must be missing this in their order.
5. All my food was completely cold. Had to reheat my food.
6. Because of #5 and how late it was by the time we ate (10pm) we didn’t even really enjoy it anymore.
7. They forgot to give me a receipt. I could get compensated for my meals when I work late, but I needed a receipt. They never gave me one!
I said to the delivery person that I’d probably never ordered there again. He agreed with me.
Please please please… avoid this place…

Always give someone a second chance except this dominoes.
I’ve ordered many times from here… but they are terrible.

I don’t know what I was thinking waiting 20 min for a gross cheesesteak sub from here when subway is next door. Yuck. Buying another lunch from somewhere else…
Gross burned cheese. Also, does the bread for the sub really need to be oily? Also also, Philly cheese steaks don’t have bacon in them. Wrong animal…

I noticed all the dominoes had 2 stars lol. How does it have any stars. This is garbage food. It’s good when your intoxicated. Because you don’t realize how horrible it tastes. How is dominoes still in business. No quality all quantity. I wish I could give no stars it doesn’t even deserve a review. Today’s special at dominoes is nacho cheese pizzq with dorritoes on top. Typical fast food junk. Gross

I ordered 1 large pizza on a Monday at 1:30. At 4:30pm it still hadn’t arrived. They are seriously understaffed, which I get, but no matter how much I love Dominos I can’t justify the 3+ hour wait. Unacceptable.

So I have mixed feelings– pizza is decent for a chain and normally faster than estimated delivery time HOWEVER this time the tracker said delivered but nothing had arrived. Took 1 hr and 15 min to arrive which was double the estimate and delivery guy forgot the extra sauce. He said he would come back later with it and I thought, «hell with it– I bet he just will blow it off since it’s a 50 cent sauce» and gave him a normal tip. 50 min later sure enough he runs up with that 50 cent sauce and I gave him an extra dollar out of pure pizza delivery guy respect. The pizza was late but hot and the extra trip righted all wrongs.

Iv’e had nothing but great experiences from this Dominos location. Been ordering pizza from here for almost a year and haven’t had an issue yet. The delivery guys are always nice and I get my pizza delivered within 30 minutes or less. A few times our wings have come a tad cold and the wing sauce poorly covering the wings but I just spread around and they were fine.
I’m a fan of this location though:)

A friend and I ordered two pasta bowls and one order of boneless chicken wings Saturday morning. The delivery time was estimated to be «approximately 35 – 45 minutes». The actual delivery time was about an hour and a half.
I checked the delivery tracker about an hour after ordering and it stated the food had already been delivered. I called the store to make sure the food was not delivered to the wrong address and the associate just said the delivery guy was on his way.
When the food arrived, it was very tasty. It could have been warmer, but I wasn’t expecting hot food as the delivery was delayed.

Super slow service, and they never have napkins available. Every time I go there, there’s a customer complaining, and now I see why. I only go there out of convenience.

If you live on Roosevelt Island, don’t expect these lazy ass delivery guys to send your pizza to your door. Even if there was parking, they won’t be able to send your order to your door. Plus, the cheese bread we got on our last order was burnt!!!

This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever experienced. On a regular night they neglect to bring us the sauces that go with our order (i.e. no icing with the cinnastix).
However tonight was a completely different disaster. My wife and I placed an order around 12:50, our card was charged $ 30+ for the order. We waited, in our apartment, wide awake for our order. It never came. At 2am we tried calling only to get a message that this Domino’s was closed. We checked the online order tracker which told us our order was delivered. This was a lie. Domino’s now scammed us out of $ 30. If this money is not refunded first thing tomorrow, I will be raising hell with the appropriate city and state agencies.

The worst ever. Over and hour and half to deliver a pizza. The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Did a risky decision by ordering from here after reading all the Unilocal reviews but I think the reviews are just outdated…
Ordered pizza on the online tracker at 8:30, received it by 9:10 which is normal delivery time.
Pizza is well cooked and tastes like normal dominos pizza.
Don’t let the reviews scare you away from ordering!

Standard. Delivery took a long time — longer than estimated on the website. Easy online ordering, as for all Dominos. Thin crust was not as crispy as I remembered, but could be due to delayed delivery time.

The worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from!!!
I was is NY for the weekend and ordered a Pizza online to be delivered to our hotel. Not only did they take over an hour to deliver, but the driver lied and said that he already came by and called. (I was sitting in the lobby waiting as soon as the online tracker said my order was on it’s way; never saw a delivery man step foot in the lobby nor did ever receive a call). After calling to check where my food was, and finally receiving my order MUCH later, they neglected to deliver my soda.
Save yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere !!!

They used to deliver within 30 to 40mins. I am not sure what happened but in recent years they have been taking to upwards of 90 mins sometimes 120 mins. I am not sure how they are still up and running at this location. They need a new manager or something. Everytime we order they forget the sauces. I should just stop purchasing them. Then when you call them up to get a refund they tell you to reorder so they can cancel out the order. Why would I want to do this? Just take the cash out of the register and give me the refund. Then they have the nerve to say that next time you order just tell us what happened and we will send you something free. What if that is my last time ordering?
The website is messed up as well. There have been times that it says that the food was already delivered. Ummm? No it has not be delivered??? Their system is all messed up… PIZZA TRACKER FAIL. Not to mention when it finally gets to you the food is cold. I haven’t ordered from them in months because of this error that they always make. Seriously hire more people to help out or just close down so we can get a better delivery service.
The manager or whoever picks up the phone is always rude. Yes, while it is just a dominos there is no need for being rude. You are offering a service be nice. It’s funny how they fix their mistake quicker then delivering the pizza I ordered. I had to wait one time for them to give me an uncompleted item for almost an hour. You can’t eat hot wings without blu cheese. If we didn’t pay the $ 2.00 for it then we would not have even bothered to complain.
I’ve ordered from other dominos and this was never a problem our pizza would come at the estimated time sometimes even sooner. GET YOURSELF TOGETHER. THIS AREA IS GETTING LARGER WITH ITS POPULATION AND YOU SHOULD HIRE MORE DRIVERS.
