I have used them for years, back when they were «Storage Deluxe», and always enjoyed great customer service staff and a secure facility that works with you. You really feel like your stuff is well cared for. This time around, they have upped the ante! They have a new manager, Von, who is absolutely fantastic! He is aces in serving his clients, even offered me and my assistant a bottle of water after we moved in a lot of heavy stuff and were exhausted! This should be your go to for storage, and the facility in Long Island City/​Sunnyside by Queens Blvd, is definitely my favorite!

I’ve been a customer at this location since 2010. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Over the past several months the staff members have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me as I purged the 4 storage units that I rented at this location. Jason, Mimi, J.C., Von and Yamelly have all been very helpful to me and made my storage purge an easier task.
