We had a wonderful experience and end product with Francisco and Jorge! And they were our lowest estimate! They restained a small area to match the rest of the house and they blended it perfectly, you cannot tell where the original and patch meets, except that the part they worked on is a lot cleaner than the rest of the floor!

We did our due diligence and had several floor guys come to the house for estimates and conversation about our floors. We were doing bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room and stairs. Jorge and Francisco explained the process, right down to filling of cracks and the potential of replacing damaged wood, a possible added cost. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion, it was great seeing the step by step transformation of the 35+ year old floors. The crew was on time, took care of the preparation and got right to it. They did not see any reason to replace planks and the estimate was stuck to, always nice. The floors came out great, not being a wood floor family we did not know what to expect, quite pleased. The owners gave advice on taking care of the floor and made sure I contacted them if I had any issues. I didn’t.

JR Hardwood floors worked evenings and weekends to have my floors ready for my move in date. They delivered on everything they promised and more, making old worn out hardwood shine like it is brand new. They left no minor detail unfinished and did everything with a smile. We had JR Hardwood Floors come do our entire first floor of our house and were beyond thrilled with the results! Before we got our floors done, they were uneven, squeaky, discolored and an embarrassment when we had company. We come to find out when they removed the floors that we also had no installation. Jorge and his team were able to fix and take care of everything for us. They put installation in, were able to hand cut edges of the floor around our fireplace perfectly, cleaned up after themselves and gave us natural looking floors. The floors came out better than we could’ve ever imagined. They went above and beyond our expectations and worked around my work schedule. The entire crew were professional and know what they were doing. I recommend JR Hardwood Floors to everyone!
