First of I come in o see my father after he is moved from hospital last night, I come in he is in the dark to no blankets no sheet nothing!!! He just had hop surgery and can’t walk and also has dementia so he doesn’t know to ask for these things.
As of last night I explained he needed to have his pain medication… mind you it’s just norco! Today they say all they have is Tylenol! He had hip surgery!!! They said they were waiting for it to be delivered??? Thisnis a nursing facility I’m sure they have it stocked here some where. they already had orders but did not give it to him and its now 430pm! People be aware of your loved ones, insurance is paying thousands of dollars a day for care here make sure they are doing there job! Sad!

This is the nicest Skilled Nursing Facility in the area. I’ve been to a lot of them and Windsor Gardens Convalescent Center of Long Beach is miles above the rest. The facility is clean, bright and well maintained. The staff is amazing. An amazing group of carrying and companionate people. Everyone resident I saw had a big smile on their face.
This is the place to place a loved one HANDS DOWN!
