This is incorrectly labeled as a park. It’s really a strip of land surrounded by busy streets.

Good park for… I don’t know.
Let me think about it.
It’s a shady strip of land along Appian, which gets lots of cars so it’s not a quiet park.
It’s not really a place for picnics or taking your dog (especially since it’s not that wide and I’m sure it’s not a place you can legally have unleashed pets). Eh, with all the trees maybe some gamers could set up their mondo mat and play a round of D&D or something in the shade?
No playground or bathrooms (no trashcans either if I remember right), but it’s easy walking distance from Colorado Lagoon and the Marina Vista Park. This mini park is also across a tiny street from the Long Beach Conservation Corps.
