I’ve taken my Mercedes there several times. Each time I pay for a computer read out. I had a rather expensive repair the last time, and had a few little things done at the same time. When I asked about another issue, I was told it could get involved, might have to tear part of the car apart, and it would take some time, they would have to look at it, etc. A friend suggested I go online for self help. I found a video that showed how the took to fix this problem is included in the Mercedes tool kit in the trunk, and I did it myself for free and it was very simple. I had the feeling last visit that I had been overcharged, and now I know they would have taken me for a ride on this issue. I won’t go back.

I brought my car here something wrong with vehicle after second gear would shut off if not stepping on gas had to do inspection which was pricey and they told me all the things they recommend to change and I told them I just want fix the 2nd shift problem so I bought piece from them to save money I install car had same issue when back mechanic said you have program it I told them ok ill pay to reprogram it they said you have to pay again for inspection come on what a rip off already inspected my car. I recommend going somewhere else

I am the owner of a 1989 Ford Mustang 5.0, 2003 Mercedes C230 and a 1997 BMW M3. I met Bob when my M3 was smoking like the Batmobile, a cracked head. After much research I found this shop and have never left. This is not the place if you are looking to be pampered, its bare bones and no frills. But Bob and Nick have my cars running like clocks. No it was not cheap, but it was always done right and honestly. I trust them completely and solely use them on all my cars. My M3 is running better than ever and they even stared to restore my 5.0. Two thumbs up!

Unfortunately I have took my BMW 3281 2008 and I have had the worst luck with this company. I had to take my car to bob multiple times before contacting the bureau of automotive Repair and Had to site him for multiple issues. I expected since it is a German Repair shop to have legitimate service but boy was I wrong. Warning to everyone just because the cost is cheap doesn’t mean your car is going to be fixed you get what you pay for and trust me at the end of the day your car wont be fixed the first time around. You will come to this place multiple times before you realize you could of spent the extra money to get work done at a reputable place, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My hus and I have both taken our Vee Dubs here, because his ma’s house is near here, and this is where he took his Bugs when he was still living there. They’re a bit pricey for me, being a college student, but they do good work.
