TLC: Keller Williams Pacific Estates

We should be leaving a Negative Star. We dealt with an agent from this site who was just winging it. She was supposedly a friend of the buyer of our condo so we were talked into having 1 agent for buying and selling. She didn’t plan much at all and was very disorganized. We did all the leg work and had to do all the work around her schedule. When it came to closing we were left in the dark along with the buyer. Weeks past by and we even had an extra months of mortgage and utilities to pay. The federal approval process for the loan may not have been, but it would have been nice to at least be contacted for awhile and know that we were all waiting. Not having to dig and beg for information. I say 10 thumbs down
