The MRI technician destroyed my hearing. I was in for a brain scan and the technician had the music up so loud that after 3 months I still have a high pitched ringing in my ears. He apparently had it up high to cover the sound of the machine, but it would be better to use better ear protection. Their ear protection is garbage. I went to get another MRI from St Mary’s for my leg a few weeks later and that technician said he did not have anything for ear protection except for a couple of foam plugs! I refused the treatment. Bring your own ear protection — or better yet, go to another imaging center.

Rude staff. Refuses to perform mammogram s when ordered by MD when they do not want to. No reason and not because insurance wont cover it.

This is the second time I’ve had a mammogram performed at this facility. Don’t bother showing up early, they always make you wait. I had the first appointment at 8am and the technician didn’t show up until 8:10. I remember waiting at least 30 minutes last year. Then there was a problem with the machine. Supposedly it’s a really high tech camera so this is one reason I go here. You gotta pay for parking so these delays can cost you a buck or two.
