This salon is one of, if not, the greatest salon in Long Beach. From the haircut to the wonderful ladies that work there this salon consistently is performing at its absolute best. As a costumer of 3 years I am proud to call this place my home, my temple, my sanctuary.

Colleen is amazing! My hair is super fine and hard to work with, but she gets both the cut and color right every time. I’ve followed her to a few salons over the years, but Tangerine is my favorite yet! Everyone is super friendly, cute décor, and I walk out with perfect hair and a smile. Colleen perfectly balances modern techniques with a comfortable, down to earth, and fun experience. I couldn’t be happier!

I made a Unilocal account just so I could give this place a review. Walked in without an appointment and saw miss Donna. She gave me the best haircut I’ve had ever and she is the nicest lady I’ve met In long beach so far. I came at an inconvenient time as she was booked for most of the day but she treated me like I had been her client for years! What an awesome business, and a special lady.

I just met Cindy Sattanni and she is awesome! No wonder my friend kept telling me to go to her. I finally took her advice after many attempts at other locations, Cindy gets it, I told her about my experiences and what my goals are then she added a little here and there. She even showed me different ways to style and maintain my hair. Check her out online, thanks to Kris for turning me on to her!

Lovely time, i was a little nervous because of being new to area. Amber put me at ease. She was excellent and knowledgeable. Came in for a blowout and got exactly what i wanted. Maybe ill even let her get creative with my hair soon! Already have my next appointment set. See you soon.
Also the other stylists were very nice, from initial greeting to even letting me know of some events in town because they heard i was new in the area.
Easy parking off 2nd. You definitely do not feel like a number.

I went in with a mop, came out with a «lady killing hairdo». People kept coming up to me and asking for my autograph, so I have to go back and get a different cut, because I am sick of people coming up to me and thinking I am Brad Pitt.

Amber oh how I miss you. I never got a chance to write a review for the salon so here it goes… Amber was my hairdresser for almost 8 years. I would trust her with my hair any day of the week. I live in the Bay Area now and miss her and her talent so much. If you need someone who will listen and understand exactly what you want see Amber. She cannot be replaced.

I have been going to this salon for three years and I love my hair stylist, Amber! She is amazing and I always love my cut and color. She is really good with color and I always trust what she suggests. She is great with layers and curly hair. I have had many friends come to her through my recommendation. Easy to book and she usually has availability if you need it! PS don’t let the 630 closing fool you, she always sees me at 6 on her late nights and I have long hair! If you call someone will make a later appointment for you :-)

I have followed Cindy to several different places because she KNOWS my hair and how to make me feel absolutely gorgeous.
This salon is new to me but so cute on its orange color theme. A smaller salon that offers the feeling of a truly personal touch. H
Hidden off the main drag across from the Coffee Bean, it’s a gem.

I really enjoying coming to this salon because of one special stylist, Cindy. She is diverse, cutting edge talented, and she has a great feel for her clients. The parking is not great in the area, but getting an appointment with Cindy makes the parking headache worth it!

I wanted to try something different with my naturally curly normally blondish highlighted ombré hair and I am so happy that I went to Cindy! She took her time and really worked with me to find a color that I absolutely loved! I wanted to play with some bright colors yet be subtle and still have some highlights. I am so happy with the results! I love the bright colors in my hair and I love my new look! Cindy is amazing! I definitely recommend her especially when you want to play with different styles and colors. I look forward to coming back and trying more looks with her!

Loved my experience with Cindy over at a Tangerine in Belmont Shore. She took her time, did an incredible job with my crazy long thick hair. I got balayage color and a trim and it was more than I could ever ask for. It was exactly what I wanted. It was such a great Saturday morning and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Cindy, for your hard work and patience. I love my hair!
