Tams Burgers

My food took a bit long i orderd a double patty avuacado bacon burger. very disappointed the patties were super dry, avuacado black and old, even the bacon was dry how the hell you mess up bacon. Bacon. Onion rings over done even the onion inside tasted old. I also purchased a asada chili cheese fries. Sogy fries asada over cooked. then i orderd strawberry shake that was the only thing ok … it was clean and bathrooms were kept but food was very disappointing.. Dam bacon lol

This Tam’s has TINY burgers compared to other Tam’s and they charge 50 cents for a small side of thousand island. I’ll take my money and go to the Tam’s in Paramount. The atmosphere is better and so is the customer service…

Went to this place on Saturday, December12 and ordered a burger and onion rings. Got home and ate my meal and I got so violently sick because the burger tasted terrible and the onion rings were luke warm at best. Don’t know if they were mad because I complained to their manager that the drive thru cashier was rude. I went there last week and got there about.10:55pm. The cashier without explanation just said «We’re closed». I missed a day of work because of this and I’m not going back there anymore but I won’t advise you what to do. I’ll let you make that choice yourself.

I love Tams but I am outraged by my experience at the Atlantic location today. First off the employees were very unprofessional! They were very rude and trashy. Especially the Mexican girl with bleached blond hair. I don’t think tams has high standards when it comes to hiring their employees! I’m disappointed and I believe they need to train their staff and make costumer service a priority ! The cooks were also classless and on top of that they made rude perverted comments in Spanish assuming I didn’t understand what was being said. If you go there don’t go before the close on a weekend hopefully they will have different staff

I ordered their steak sandwich combo. The sandwich was pretty good. The fries were not as flavorful as other burger places, and the «coke» was not good. I went through the drive-​thru window. The cashier was not frindly. She seemed like her priority was to get me out of her window. As soon as she gave me back mu debit card, my drink and my meal, she closed the window and locked it. I took her action as «here you go don’t bother me, bye». Which i won’t be bothering her or anyone at that place ever again!

I recently came here the other day and purchased a chicken salad. I barely had a few bites before i bit into something hard. I assumed it was a bone (which still would have been disgusting) but it was not, i pulled out a small metal piece. When i took it back the lady nonchalantly. Says «Oh, im sorry, do you want a new salad»:l NO!!! I will never eat here again. This place is a HUGE disappointment

had such bad experience there slow in the drive through and orders are wrong. I see that they are short staff. sometimes I see 1 sometimes 2 cooks will not be returning. I will take a ride to the one in Lynnwood, fast service most of the time food is good and this Tam gives you more for your money .take a ride no regrets.

Tam’s in Long Beach, CA off Market and Atlantic the fast food restaurant is a wonderful place for hamburgers. The kitchen area and lobby sitting area look very clean. The restroom are a different story! The toilet paper is tied up to a bike chain rack. The restrooms don’t offer hand towels to dry your hands nor a hand dryer. The side entrance has a shoe string you have pull to open. They play contemporary up to date music. The staff is friendly and they greet you and take your order. They are helpful, knowledgeable of the menu items. Please provide paper towels for your restroom. Thank you.

The first time I’ve been here their service was extremely slow. I’m talking about 10– damn near 15min wait in their drive thru line. The food is not as tasteful as thee other Tams restaurants I’ve been to and the service is even worst. They always seem to be short staffed and are pretty good at screwing up an order. My last visit here was about 4mnths ago and I will NOT be returning back.

I ordered a shake I don’t know what I got tasted like milk and ice blended with a little coco powder It was the worst shake in the world, try one I dare you!

The Tams on paramount and alondra is WAYYYYY better!!! The food is fresher, BIGGER, and the service is way faster. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra ten min to the Tams on Paramount and Alondra!!!

Business states that is closes at 11pm. I went there at 10:20pm and the workers have already locked the doors and began closing already. I personally think that if you have a business it should be compliant with the hours of operation you advertise.

I doubt it’s because of my last post, but since then, the eggs have been really good and the bacon was delicious. Friendly as always but… still…slow…

Will never go back to this place. I waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. I would have left if there was a way to back out but couldnt. The car ahead of me got their order and then decided to place a second order which is fine, just move out of the way and let them attend to me. You would think the staff would be slick enough but they are not competent enough to realize how to fix a situation. They didnt even apologize once I did get to the window. She was all non-​shalont and I had to ask «so what just happened?» She replies with «oh she didnt know what she wanted and took forever.» I said «ok but why didnt you have her pull to the side and attend me, now my food is all cold» she says «no we made a fresh meal and gave her yours because she wanted the same thing.» I could not believe it. Why couldnt they just attend me while she waits for her second order? I got my food and asked to speak to the sorry excuse of a manager. I asked her If she knew that i waiting over 15 minutes for something that was ready 10 minutes ago. It doesnt even take that long to cook a burger and fries. She say oh yea sorry about that and didnt even seem to really care. She claimed the lady who ordered didnt want to move. Which is BS, the lady was being kinda annoying asking for more napkins, ketchup, etc but I dont think they even bothered to ask her to move. She gave some BS excuse about If they call the cops on the customers to move that it takes like 20 mins for them to get there and by then the customer has already left.
Instead of all this crap, she could have just apologized and offered a way to fix the situation, but the poor girl has terrible customer service skills. Oh well, Ive heard good things about Tams but unfortunately this location has incompetent works. Maybe I will try a different location in the future but for now If i want a burger I’ll go else where

Admittedly the only thing I’ve had here is the sausage breakfast burrito but every time they have been on point. I’ve never been inside the actual restaurant. I usually go for the drive thru and although they take a worth the breakfast burrito is always with the wait.

I was on the drive thru for more than 20 minutes I got my order. Zuchinni was burn y hamburger the bread was burn and hard like it was left on the grill for too long I was so mad when I got home and see my food

First time here the burger was great. I got the double burger with cheese and bacon. Also got the chili cheese fries, I was expecting the ooozie cheese but they had the shredded cheese instead. prices were good.

My order was supposed to be «fried zucchini» but they were burnt!!! If I wasn’t so tired after a long day at work, I would’ve went back & showed it to them & asked them if THEY would eat it! Never coming here again! I’m sticking to Fantastic’s!

I’m a fan! Their service is great considering the volume of orders. Their food is good too. Fries are the best! To die for! I used to work in Carson. My lunch break was only 45 minutes and I’d still take the drive along with my co-​workers just for their hamburger specials. We would go thru their drive-​thru, order, get our food and still had time to get back to work with enough time to eat out food. Their employees are on point! There is one girl in particular that works the drive-​thru and she is awesome! Wish I knew her name :0/​I’ve been there countless times and I always experience good service.
Their wait time is a bit excessive but good food takes time. I don’t mind it at all since their fries are delicious. Good food and service with a smile :)

I had low expectations for this location for some reason but after coming here last Saturday, I changed my mind. The place was clean and not too many people dining inside before noon (probably because people were still hungover from July 4^th, the day before).
Our order was as follows: large chili cheese fries with pastrami (of course), a sausage and bacon breakfast burrito, a patty melt (minus the onions) with a large Hi-​C fruit punch to wash it down. Every item was outstanding, the rye bread covering the hamburger patty and melted cheese had what seemed like splotches of butter embedded in it (unbelievablYUMMY); as usual, the chili cheese fries and pastrami was insanely bomb, can never finish it, ends up as leftovers that we always pledge to devour. The breakfast burrito was average, nothing stellar about it.
They charge 25 cents for each ranch, but it’s fine. Service can be a bit delayed especially if you’re just looking for drink refills or extra condiments, however, there was one cashier who was seriously on top of it, too bad I don’t remember her name.
I am a loyal Tam’s fan, no doubt!
